[Resolved] Voltas — worst service and low quality product | |||||
I bought voltas ac last year but my experience with voltas is worst. It has been repaired three times so far and still not working properly. Engineers are untrained, they don't know to tackle the issue. They visit twice or thrice to understand the issue and still no customer satisfaction. I have purchased the new Voltas AC for FlipKart - Voltas 2 Ton Inverter Split AC - White (24V DY) for 54000, and addition 3000 for fitting, one month of purchase it has stopped working, Local dealer in Vasant Kunj is not read to give the service, please advice what shall I do, I would prefer repayment
