On Aug 15, i had placed my order. My order No is R[protected] and paid accordingly .42 days completed still i didn't get my order and still i am not getting any response from the Voonik team regarding this shipment.I drop a mail many times to [protected]@voonik.com, but they are not giving any response...Can you please help me on this. its a worst online shopping experience.. very disappointed. Yes, we have initially received your order as COD and again you tried to place the order for the same product as Prepaid. However, your first order was processed successfully as COD hence the second order generated the duplicate order for the customer's information and product was same. An amount of Rs.4500 initiated for the refund automatically and the Bank ARN reference number is 74678445314415097896967 and it'll reflect to your account in 4-6 days. Thanks for your patience. Greetings of the day.
I made online payment for buying "Valehri White Faux Georgete Saree" from IDBI bank on 08th Nov 2015 at around 11:30 Pm. After the payment process, the amount was deducted from my IDBI account. After some time page refreshed and instead of generating order id, I got this page with error:
1. Something went wrong with the order.
2. Sorry, Delivery or Cash on delivery might not be available to your location.
I tried reaching customer care on[protected] however couldn't get hold of any executive.
Can anyone please help me? I want my money back to my account so I can purchase the product again.
