[Resolved] Voonik Tech — I am complaining about wrong and colour change products

I had returned the above saree bearing order no:R[protected] on 11th may. i have received one msg that ur refund of rs1349/- rs-1299(lehanga), has been initiated. After 2days i have not received the refund amt in my account but it was credited to voonik.as i have clearly mentioned that i want this amt in my bank account though its been credited to voonik account. than i called to ur customer care. dey were not reachable even after calling them many time. But nothing happened. Whereas i ma regular online purchaser from flipkart & myntra, the refund amt credited within 3 days... As we blindly rely on the above companies. Kindly credit my refund amt soon to my given account no.

We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account.Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. We have initiated refund on May 16th, it may take up to 3-4 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
