[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Non receipt of refund against goods returned | |||||
I purchased 2 items from voonik on 03.07.2016. Order no. Is r[protected]. I returned both items as fabric was of poor quality. The courier guy from delhivery came and gave us receipt for only one item and not the other even though he picked up both. So voonik only refunded half the amount as both the dresses were for the same amount. I raised a complaint with mobikwik and voonik but voonik flatly refused to entertain my complaint as i did not have the second receipt. I called up delhivery who gave me the tracking number for the second item which showed up on delhivery website with the voonik order number. Even then voonik did not refund the amount. Even after later acknowledging the receipt of second item i still have not received the refund. People please be aware of dealing with this company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
