VRL Travels — amount deducted ticket not booked by vrl portal

Self along with my spouse and disable mother aged 75, boarded the bus to our surprise the ticket was not booked, money was deducted successful and message indicated the ticket was booked.
But did not receive the sms or email. Since my father had expired on 28th of april. We whare taking our mother with us
Ticket booking done on 30th april 2019
Date of journey 2nd may 2019
When we went to board the bus, no seat was booked, we had to surg price to continue the journey, when i spoke to the vrl call center, but they gave a very reckless answer.
I had to pay 3000 three thousand for no faulty of mine, i am requesting regularly to there complaint cell vrl but no response
