When i request to stop the bus at Aramagargh up to 06:30, Driver refused stop up to 06:30, he says clearly bus will be departure at armagargh at 06:15 only.
Please dont divert, as bus was hold up to 06:45 pm, Driver clearly told me bus will be departure at aramagargh 06:15 pm only hence I was help less reach the Aramagargh. Now your saying that bus was hold up to 06:45 pm at aramagargh. if the bus hold me, driver must be phone and tall the time to me.
No body inform me of bus reschedule time, the staff/driver are telling lie.
I am in between Petrol bunk & South Indian Chennai Mall, and my to office at 04:45 pm, all the travels stop at location Miyapur X road - Petrol bunk - South indian Chennai Mall
Only your Staff and driver recklessness behavior I have loss my trip, they are telling lie and escaping from the situation. conductor/Staff/Driver must check all the passenger at boarding point confirm any disturbance with passenger, mandatory conductor/Staff/Driver are the responsible for confirm all the passenger have been board
If any inquiry you want to make of my presence evidence, you can ask one
person he help me a lot for getting BUS, presently he is in same place he is tea vendor near south Indian mall
if required I will produce call evidence also, as per reply mail your are favoring to VRL Staff/Driver but not justified to customer/passenger, customer is your resource and your future

Respected Sir,
Regarding the below mail we would like to inform you that the passenger should
be at the boarding 15 minutes prior, but the bus was missed by yourself whereas
other passengers have boarded the bus
when you complained from the boarding point the bus was stopped for pick up at
Aramghar & after waiting for 30 minutes & departed at 6:45 pm. Yourself have
informed that still your were at city & struck in traffic & could not make it to the
boarding point & on the other hand the passengers within the bus were shouting
at the driver to move the bus,
Hence refund of the ticket is not possible.
