I booked vrl bus from Bengaluru to Ilkal, I selected bus and paid only for the destination reaching time at 4.45am in the morning, I have been neglected who (the bus) byeven reaching half an hour late bus only because of late reach, and this

The journey I have been booking 7 pm on 29 apr 2023 to 4.45am on 30 apr 2023, journey started exactly on time but reached destination at 6.30am, almost 1.45hours late. The late reach, I have missed my personal things . If service provider is not conserned with the time it's very bad for customer to take service.
