I'm booking one bus ticket 15/08/2023 from Pune to Mangalore PNR number[protected], sleeper seat number U20,
Bus no MH09FL7457, I'm just few minutes late the bus catch, bcz of I'm traveling from Ahmednagar road is heavy traffic and rain, and I'm called to bus staff and customer service but he said we are not waiting after 10min, so I'm request to staff please cancel my ticket, but not canceld my ticket and not waiting to me, I'm tried to cancel but my Mobile vrl website is not working, so what do sir, please request to you sir refund my amount, my gpay number-[protected]
