[Resolved]  Vu Televisions — google play store not working in vu 55pm tv, not able to install apps like zee5, hotstar, sonyliv, etc

I purchased this tv on 9th june from flipkart by paying rs 32, 499, it was delivered on 12th june and installation was done on 15th june.

After few days i observed that the google play store is not working properly in the tv. I'm not able to view and install many apps in google play store (Like zee5, hotstar, sonyliv, etc and many more).

- i raised complaint via email & by calling their service center ph no.
- they came and tried to install app, but no luck. So they insisted to side install apps by apk which i rejected.
- on 2nd visit service center people tried changing motherboard, but same issue persisted.
- on 3rd visit they told its google play store problem, and their developer team is working on it for last 1 month, so it will take time with no eta.
- on calling their senior he told the same about google play store development issue with vu tv company.
- on speaking to their area head he told to pick the tv from home, check and fix it and return after 4 days, but they didn't come yet.
- their call center executive told they will send some person, but they also didn't send.
- right now i can only watch amazon-prime & netflix. Netflix also gives some problem very often.
- apps like disney-hotstar, zee5, sonyliv are not even up in google app store, thus not able to install them on my tv.
