On VU TV Web Website to claim warranty it says Enter Serial Number of LED TV to check warranty status but when I Enter Serial Number of my Vu Led TV Model no - 32k160M it shows or gives a message NO DATA FOUND.
I have emailed Vu support many times for this error they didn't resolve my issue & I called them also.
So kindly resolve this issue so I can avail warranty or check my Vu Led TV warranty by entering serial number on warranty status page on VU TV website.
They asked me to send photos of the Barcode with serial number which I did but then also they didn't resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? |
