Wakefit — Comfort Issue - Severe Back Pain Cause by Orthopedic Mattress

I bought the mattress on 31 August 2022 and it got delivered on 4 September 2022. The amazon order id is[protected].
This mattress is said to be an orthopedic mattress which aims to fix your back pain. Well I didn't have any back pain before buying this mattress but now after using the mattress for a month a started suffering from sever lower back pain. I have been to the doctor twice and a physiotherapist and everything diagnosis suggests that the back pain is caused due to the mattress. I knew Wakefit offers a 100 day trial period for their mattress. And for that matter is has just been 64 days as of today. I went to their website to place a return request but found out that they only take return requests for products which have been ordered from their website.

All I want for them is to take this mattress back and return my money. It has been compromising by life for quite some time now. I am not able to sleep properly due to the back pain and this significantly affects other activities as well. I have stopped using the mattress so there is no requirement for it. The mattress was quite expensive as well that is why I want to return the product. I don't have the luxury to let thousands of rupees go to waste. Kindly look into the issue and resolve my issue.
