I have Ordered a Wakefit water proof mattress protector Gray Dimentions: 78*72 inch on 13th March 2023

But they did a fake delivery meaning they marked delivered without delivering the product on 16th March

I reached out to customer multiple times and there is no response from them
And no action has been taken from their end

I asked them to cancel and refund or reorder the product from their end as option is not available for customer but no use

Now they completely stopped responding

I wanted to complaint on this because it's a waste of time and money for me
Hello Sir, Is your problem resolved. I also facing the same issue. Item shows delivered but i didn't receive it. The customer support is not giving any proper response. Please advise.

    Product quality is not upto the mark as it is advertised, Moreover the 10/100 days replacement or refund is a trap. I have requested for replacement/return on 6-Dec'22 just after a day of delivery which is still not picked till today ie 20th, have called customer care several times and mailed with pic and video of sofa, the CC people simply closed the ticket with saying product quality is like that only.during this period no one have come to check or pick this up yet, I am still waiting for some one to come and pick this up.

    1. Hole in fabric is not considered as defect.
    2. Huge gap between arm rest seater where remote, toys can get stuck into it is not considered as defect.
    3. Incorrect information on website is not considered as mistake from wakefit.
    4. Stitching threads is coming out and no proper stitching is not considered as defect.

    Wakefit customer support accepted it as defect and following it up with us from long time.

    Today supervisor was called and telling it's already rectified. He was not even in position to listen my words and cut my call

      Fraud Company. Don't deliver on time

      I am the most avid shopper on Amazon and I must say that buying a bed from Wakefit was the most regretted purchases I have ever done on Amazon. Not only I completely lost the trust in Wakefit but also decided to take this matter to National Consumer Court. Even after 8 days of purchasing, I haven't received the bed and my payment is stuck.

      I ordered this bed on 5th March and the estimated delivery date was between 9-13 March....

      Within six months o[censored]sing it's started shaking. We did an replacement but still same issue again. Very bad quality.

        We booked 2 sofa set from wakefit, bangalore physical store on 14th of Jan 2023 when we were told, unofficially it gets delivered within 10 days but officially it shall be delivered by 28th of Jan 2023.

        1. We started calling them from 24th jan 2023 to find out about the sofa; when we were constantly told, it would reach by 28th as mentioned and they can not help in this matter. There was no update in their website as well to track the order.

        2. When I reached them out on 28th Jan they told, it will take another 1 week. I raised a request to share me everything on the mail, why a consumer has to pay upfront and wait until delivery only to realise at the end that it will not be achieved.

        3. I got the first product on 31st Jan 2023 after getting on call with their escalation team for almost an hour on daily basis.

        4. Over all the calls I was very polite and honest, the recording can be pulled from wakefit. I was not getting personal; always asked why as a consumer I have to go through all this and they dont even acknowledge the opportunity cost involved for the time given by the consumer.

        5. I asked them for a compensation and the best they were offering me for the loss of time and value of the product was 4% of the product value worth of coupon. After all this agony they were expecting a customer to come back to wakefit.

        6. Worst amongst all was they are constantly bombarding me with emails/ sms/ Whatsapp messages regarding the feedback of the product that I never received.

        7. Post raising all this concern they told by feb 14th 2023 I will definitely receive the product.

        8. Now after all this, they have again updated the date on the tracker as 1st march 2023. They started calling on my alternate number (friend's number) and simply explain the delay.

        9. I requested them for a call back from their manager, which they denied right away. As a consumer I feel I am being cheated. They kept me in the dark always. The value of money that I have spent via credit card, I am paying EMI without the product above that the pain and the agony to constantly reach out to them.

        10. No update from their end happened ever. Diana, Dinesh and Ebin are the representatives that I inteacted with and shared my share of pain. Everytime they give a computer generated kind of a response.

          Your commitment to your work and work ethic is worst to the point of embarrassment to yourself and your establishment.

          Your promises are empty and do not mean a hoot ( it amounts to deceiving and total rubbish).

          Your professionally sounding words are meaningless jargon.

          You have been apologizing for most of the time, and I feel you have a separate department for procrastinating an issue.

          You like to prolong your issues by escalating and re-escalating and re escalating and need 24hrs to 48 hrs per escalation even after a delay of 20 days.

          You blame the Logistics team. Your third-party vendor, even the customer.

          Your customer care department does not care for this kind of insulting behavior. Does anyone even take proper responsibility to solve an issue that has been pending for 20-plus days?

          25 days to solve an issue that has escalated several times, No clue of what is happening no coordination with either your logistics team and the third-party vendor. Empty promises empty words such as immediate action, sincerely, regret, sorry, and apology.

            I had ordered Napper Sofa on 14th Feb 2021(Order ID: ORDER202102jiMIXz). One of the seat cushion is depressed since last September 2022. I had raised ticket[protected] in Wakefit website for seat cushion replacement since the product was under warranty. I even sent video and images clearly showing the part where cushion is depressed. But the customer service team always found a way to reject the sent video and kept on calling to send videos again.

              Bought chair and it’s broken within 5 months. Raised warranty replacement and they confirmed it will replaced and daily sending mails saying it will be done! but it didn’t happen yet as it’s been 1 month. They confirm replacement has been done without doing it, and again I need to reopen ticket! They say carpenter will visit today and no one will come.
              Such a worsr support I have ever seen

                Wakefit Solutions This is with reference to wakefit product - wakefit Havana sofa pertaining to order number ORDER202211tusz2u.
                We had complained about this product twice earlier but the issue was never resolved to our satisfaction.
                I tried hard to explain to your executive that the issue is not at my end. The quality of your product is low.
                Sir, I am a customer who trusted a startup like wakefit but ended up being cheated with this low quality product. If you look at the intervals when I have reached out to wake fit with a complaint and expectation of a fair and just resolution, it is months apart as my work and family obligations leave no time with me for all these fire fighting..
                I would be contended if you understand that a customer should not be penalised for failure of your production team to be able to deliver quality products.
                Please look at these videos which were clicked during trial up of your product.
                The choice of your company wakefit was by me as I believe in encouraging start ups. We already had a bitter experience with the product which had emotions attached as it was a wedding gift.
                We request you for a fair/just full & final resolution this time keeping in mind our sufferings in the form of back pain and discomfort, our sofa sagging and time we wasted in reaching out to wakefit for resolutions.

                    I have placed an order on 18th October and till now 2 mattress is not delivered. Everytime I call the customer care or write to them, the reply is wait for 24-48 hours. I will waiting for my product since 1 and half month.

                      I have Purchased Dreamer Sofa (3+2) Cobalt Blue from Wakefit located at Koramangala by way of making complete Payment of Rs.38, 000/- for the product. They promised me to deliver the same by 08.11.2022. However till date the item is not delivered and they are not allowing me to talk to logistic team or with the manager lever person.

                      Recently I have purchased Wakefit 7-Zone Latex Mattress (With Memory Foam)
                      Dimensions : 75x60x8 inch.
                      2 mattress a month ago. One is delivered & other one is still not delivered. It's out for delivery for almost more than 2 weeks. I'm getting the same response from customer support that it will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. But it's still not delivered and not able to cancel it since it's an partial order. I have provided enough chances to them not delivering the product and my amount as well. Not sure what to do with this. Worst service experience with wakefit

                        Worst costumer support I have ever seen. My product has been out for delivery since a week. Neither escalation team helped to fix or call me even after calling customer support since a week twice daily at least. Even the delivery partner is not responding to call or even the office is closed when we went to pick it up. They cannot deliver the product nor cancel it. After a week of follow ups, they are raising RTS. Worst ever online shopping site.

                          I have ordered to single orthopaedic memory foam mattress from wakefit... But the mattress was not at all comfortable .. I placed a return request on 25 Oct and till today no update regarding the pick up.and refund has been initiated... Bad service and there customer service department keeps fooling you

                            I ordered a Baecelona Sofa on 13th Sep 2022 and was promised delivery of the product by 24th September 2022. I got the sofa on 4th October and it was a old product. I had logged a complaint and got a confirmation that i will get the replacement sofa on 15th October Till now i didn't get the sofa . I was promised a escalation point with 24 to 48 hours and no contacted by then. I had to call again and again got the same response. I have sent email till the level 4 escalation point no help.

                            Till now no one is bothered to trace the delivery. Very irresponsible company and not bothered for any customer escalations.

                              I was in urgent need & ordered recliner on 3rd October. I was assured it will be delivered on 16th October. The order was not delivered as promised. After numerous calls & chats & escalations, I was assured that the product will be delivered on 2nd November. I called multiple customer care representatives & also had a chat with couple of them to confirm if the product will be delivered on 2nd November. They assured it would be delivered and I had to stay at home and wait for the delivery. Until some time back they are again saying product will be delivered on 18th November. When asked to cancel order and initiate a refund they are saying it would take another 5 to 7 days for refund. They have been using my money since a month and assuring multiple delivery dates. They will continue to use my money. Please take strict action against this organization.
                              Hello Mandar, My case is also very much similar like you purchased the product sofa set from pune showroom but unfortunately it delayed several times, still it not delivered.

                                I had ordered a wakefit sofa from flipkart on September 29th 2022.. It was supposed to be delivered by October 24th. The flipkart page even showed that the product has been shipped on 17th October to my address.. I had called up flipkart on 24th October and asked about delivery, they answered that the product has been shipped already and kindly wait for 2 days.. After two days when i contacted wakefit, they are telling that they have NOT YET DISPATCHED ANY PRODUCT AS THE DELIVERY PINCODE IS NOT SERVICEABLE IT SEEMS.. This they are telling me after 1 month of order date.. On asking them why it has beern updated on flipkart as shipped on 17th, they are telling that its flipkart's internal timeline.. My questions are :
                                1) If the pincode is not serviceable, then why is flipkart taking orders to that pincode.. It is accepting the same order to the same pincode even today also.
                                2) when wakefit has accepted the order on 29th September, and it knows that the pincode is not deliverable why has it not informed me or flipkart.. I could have cancelled the order earlier and saved 1 month of my time.
                                3) why is flipkart updating lies on their platform that the product has been shipped when clearly it has not been shipped by wakefit..
                                4) why is there no coordination between the seller and the flipkart team.. This is causing so much of problem to us, the customers..

                                    Ordered mattress and bed on 5th of Oct. Today after 17 days still they have not delivered. After calling customer care they ask to wait for 24 hours and after waiting they again make us wait 48 hrs. This is just ridiculous and fraud. Wakefit used my money for 16 days.

                                      I purchased an orthopaedic mattress from Wakefit.co in early oct and decided to return the product after 5 days o[censored]se as the product is sub-standard one. My return request was approved on 6th Oct and since then I have been waiting for the Pickup. The customer service team keep escalating the matter to the Manager and the manager keeps giving you false hopes and promises. Even the logistics partner Delhivery sends you a text that it will be picked up today but that never happens. They are a fraud company looting people off their hard earned money against their sub-standard products. Avoid purchasing any product from Wakefit at all costs.

                                        I ordered a mattress in wake fit for Rs.16, 000/- on aug 26 2022. Assured delivery date was oct 11 2022 but its has been more than 5days there is no update or response from wake fit. They give wrong commitments and make me wait for 24hrs, then 48hrs with is no use. I asked them to cancel the product and to refund of my amount but they say there is no option to cancel the order and refund the amount. Kindly take action wafe fit is a worst and cheating company. They dont value the customers and make them undergo stress.

                                          I ordered 2 mattresses worth 18, 000 rs, on Sept 9th 2022. Its almost a month and they didn't deliver the product.

                                          Here my address is just 4 kms away from the hyderabad kandlakoya warehouse and it lies in the same pincode 501401.

                                          I daily receive a message stating that the products shipped and delivered today, but it doesn't get delivered.

                                          I waited for 2 to 3 days and later upon calling to the executive they don't know anything about the product status and they just ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. And I get the same reply on every call.

                                          Out of 10 calls with 10 support executives None of them were able to resolve and they closed the issues saying it'll be delivered.

                                          This is not wakefit its Fakefit

                                              We have purchased a mattress from wakefit. it arrived in 40 days after constantly calling the customer care.

                                              I revieved it last month. The quality is not at par, as the comfort of wakefit mattresses we have experienced earlier. so, we filed for return the same day, i.e. 19th Sept. 2022.

                                              It has been four days now, every day I am calling the personnel you have deputed for collecting the mattress, Mr. Pradeep Sahu, but, he gives one excuse or the other. I am a working professional, I have volunteered to take half day leave from office as the Mr. Pradeep Sahu said he can not come after 6 PM. The mattress is occupying my whole living room. I cant invite any guest. we, the family members are also experiencing difficulty in moving around.

                                              I have tried the customer care number, and lodged a complaint. They said, the mattress will be collected till 24th. That huge mattress is occupying my whole living room I have to bear it two more days. It is not expected from a reputed company like wake fit.
                                              You are requested to get the mattress collected immidiately.

                                                  I have ordered 6 seater sofa. But, in the delivered product single seater is missing. This was not informed before delivery of the item.

                                                  I have escalated this issue multiple times with wakefit. But, they are extending the time and not resolving the issue.
