Delivery

Ordered mattress and bed on 5th of Oct. Today after 17 days still they have not delivered. After calling customer care they ask to wait for 24 hours and after waiting they again make us wait 48 hrs. This is just ridiculous and fraud. Wakefit used my money for 16 days....

Product not delivered-paid for the mattress

I ordered a mattress in wake fit for Rs.16, 000/- on aug 26 2022. Assured delivery date was oct 11 2022 but its has been more than 5days there is no update or response from wake fit. They give wrong commitments and make me wait for 24hrs, then 48hrs with is no use. FAKEFIT - They don't deliver the product

Item is missing in my delivered product.

I'm complaining about return request of wakefit matress and I didn't get refund

I have raised the return request for wakefit matress on Flipkart. From 24 August 2022 i called everyday to wakefit customer care, they used to told me that I will get call for return request within 24 hours, but neither I get called not i get my refund money back. They are just round things up. I am totally unsatisfied with this type of service....

Endless delays in delivery, without any intimation

First ordered WakeFit Napper models on 25th Jul 2022, with an estimated delivery of 15th Aug 2022 (=20 days). There was no update from them during the entire duration, I called 2 times only to find out they wouldn't be able to deliver.
