I'm writing this complaint against Wakefit.co, as they fail to refund my money, which I used to book one Sofa Set on 18-May-2022. The Order number is #ORDER2022057FsCeQ.
Due to their extended delivery time, i.e. proposed delivery on 17-Jun-2022, I cancelled the order on 28-May-2022. As per their cancellation policy, I was supposed to receive my refund amount before 06-Jun-2022, but since then I've been calling them for an update.
Even after waiting for another 2 + 2 working days, I don't see any indication that they will refund my money. Excuse is, payment gateway issue! Finally promised to refund in 24-48Hrs by Mr. Vinay BS.. 48Hrs past, but still no indication that my refund is getting processed, as the customer service team is over and again asking for 2-4hrs, 2 working days, 24-48hrs, etc. and not letting me talk to Mr. Vinay BS
I want to raise an alarm about this un-ethical company and request the authorities to take legal action against them. Companies like these, who trouble the public, should not be allowed to do business in this country.

Refund Mode and Duration:
Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID, within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.
