Delay in delivery of the product and no proper response received
We had ordered the following product on[protected]:
Wakefit Taurus Engineered Wood Bed with Storage (78*60inch) / (198.1*152.4cm)
Dimensions: 78x60 inch
Which had a Estimated Delivery Date :[protected]
Later it was confirmed that the product will b delivered by[protected] and installation will be done by[protected].
We have been calling the customer service number, yet we are not getting the proper updates for the delivery of product.
Now our take is if the company is not capable of delivering the product, they order must not be taken from customer, neither commitment to be given.

Mattress not delivered yet
I ordered mattress on 24 may and their expected delivery date was 7th june today 10th june still i haven't received my order i called them around 8 10 times they just said please allow us 24 hours it will be deliver to you soon but still no response from team such a disgusting behaviour by their staff... I suggest don't order any thing from it.

Product not yet received and status shown as delivered
We have ordered a recliner and the delivery team took back the product stating it's defective and we have not recieved neither the money back or the product. We have raised customer support from long time but no one has even bothered to call back and update the status. Everyday the same story give us 24 hrs. They have changed the status to delivered without even getting a signature on receipt from the customer.

Not delivered the product even after 2 months
I ordered a wakefit 2 seater sofa from Flipkart on 16 Apr 2022, even after 2 months they are not able to deliver the order and they don't have such responsibility to talk to customer.
I enquired through Flipkart multiple times but even with Flipkart also they were not able to tell the exact date of delivery.
It's been 2 months now and no clue of the sofa and amount had been deducted long back while ordering

Hi,
I ordered Pillow covers from Wakefit on 11th of May 2022, which was supposed to be delivered on 16th of May, 2022. The delivery failed because the delivery partner (XpressBee) did not even attempt to deliver the product in first place and mentioned "Delivery address incorrect". I even ordered pillow from wakefit and it got delivered on time. I raised complaint with wakefit to look into it on priority and today it's been more than 2 weeks and even after chasing and calling wakefit support. There is no cancel / refund initiation or solution to it. They do not update the ticket and only assure that the customer will receive response in 48hours. They are highly unprofessional when it comes to service commitment and the customer do not get his hard earned money.

Wakefit made a hyoe with some youtube channel . I ordered mattress cutom size on 6th may 2022 . Expected delivery date on 22nd May 2022. Today its 27th May still not recived aby call fr wakefit . We ordered paying money so we need to beg for mattress . Still saying its under manufacturing . Worst network team . Customer support also worst . Pls wake up guys . Pls boycott Wakefit . Go for some good trusted brand .

I ordered a Recliner Sofa set on 3rd May 2022 and was promised delivery of the product by 18th May 2022. Since I did not get delivery even after 18th May i contacted the wakefit support to enquireabout the delivery date and to my surprise what I found was it was not even manafactured. I was promised a escalation point with 24 to 48 hours and no contacted by then. I had to call again and again got the same response.
Till now no one is bothered to trace the delivery. Very irresponsible company and not bothered for any customer escalations.
Need strictest acton to be taken against my order and looking for the refund with compensation for the pain and anxiety that we have gone through in contacting the company.

I have cheated & fooled by wakefit
I placed order on 19th May and was informed that I will get delivery on 20th May.
Today on 22nd may, still are saying we will get back to you and we have escalated the issue.

I had placed an order for a queen sized 6 inch orthopaedic memory foam mattress, holding an order ID-ORDER 220205z8w4B7, from Wakefit Bangalore. The order was placed on the 11th of May, 2022. The delivery of the shipment was promised by 15th of May, 2022. When I did not hear from the company by 15th, I called to ask for an update and to my surprise the website was not updated with my order. They found the same after i provided the order Id for the order. A complaint was registered and I was told the item would be delivered the next day. Again there was no updates from their end and even after several complaints the order was still not updated on their website.
Now they are just lying and have still not delivered the order.

Order not delivered, no update on estimated delivery date

I had placed an order for an engineered wood bed from Wakefit on 1st May 2022, Order id ORDER202205c1ZEyj. It was scheduled to be delivered latest by 16th May 2022. However, the scheduled day has passed and the order itself has not been processed yet and no delivery has been made. There is no update or communication on when the product will be delivered. Company should compensate me for the delay and ensure delivery asap. Also, I should be informed whether and when the delivery will be done.

Hi My name is Libby,
So it's been a more than 10 days since I ordered the mattress and the protectors. I got the mattress but I haven't gotten the protectors and I have been reaching out to them every day. It's such a hassle and so exhausting and I have been reaching out on a daily basis. All I get is a typical reply from their customer care asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. They aren't delivering my products nor refunding my money. It's adding up to 3K and change. It's been a horrible experience and I want my money back. Please help.

It has been more than 6 weeks i am trying to get a refund for my undelivered order from wakefit. The delivery was inordinately delayed and hence i had to cancel my order. Now, i am running behind them to get my refund amount. Numerous complaints have been made to their customer care. But nothing has happened so far.

I have ordered a Wakefit Dual Comfort Mattress - Hard & Soft on 14th April. It was shown that it will get delivered on 24th April. Today is 30th April and i have been following up with them almost every day.. And everytime i chat with them they ask for 24-48 hours time and nothing happens with that period. I asked for their phone numbers and when i called its showing server error.. When i asked the same in the chat, they said its a technical fault.. When i asked for the address, they said they can not lrovide me the address of the company as per thier company policy... When i asked them that if i dont get the product delivered within next 48 hours (as per their ask to resolve the matter again), will i get the refund, then they said that they cannot commit anything on that.
Now, this means, i dont have their phone number to reach to them, i dont know thier address to reach them and they cannot commit any fixed resolution as they are only asking for time each time i reach to them on chat, and if the product doesnot get delivered they cannot even commit for a refund.
As per me they are not taking my complaints seriously and i fear my hard earned money is on stake.
I ask for your help in this.

All they are doing is calling and providing a time line.. But there is no delivery happening. The company do not have any value to their words.. Below was the complaint i have submitted earlier - kindly help..

I ordered a recliner on 13th Apr'22, on 22nd of Apr i received an IVR call asking for confirmation that will i be at home or not between 9 am to 10 am for 23rd Apr. I was at home will 13:30, nobody came or called me.
Then i receive a call at 16:30 for a delivery, as we weren't at home then he has taken it back.
Since then customer service people have no idea about whats happening nor able to give us any solution regarding the delivery date. Only false promises from customer service team and their supervisor.
Till date i am not aware of the delivery

Refund not received
I have ordered a Mattress Protector, and i have returned the product due to color constraint. It is almost a month over and i have not yet got my Refund back. Very poor response from the support team as well. No proper update No follow-ups.
They are simply harassing us with false promises.
The poor transparency of their customer service and the delay of these refunds will never attract me to Wakefit.
30 days waiting for refund is completely unfortunate. its a crime that wakefit is exhibiting.
i need help, please help me from this situation.

Bought 6 bedsheets. Of them got 5 and in those 2 are completely faded craps. For exchange or return they are not resolving and passing on call to call.
Daisy pattern shows as maroon as sent a baby pink dull fade thing. Also liliyana showed golden and here i got just plain milky cream with not even half of the colour as displayed. Both of them looking as used for 2 years. Not recommending. Keep safe

Even I had same issue with bedsheet, the color on website and the original is more than 70% different. The bedsheet looks very faded as used for years.

Product cancelled without confirmation from customers while we were still negotiating with the team. It was paid by card.

We ordered a queen size cot on November 30th. The delivery date was mentioned as December 17th. On December 17th we get a call from wakefit team that it will be delivered before Jan 19th.
We asked why there is a discrepancy between the date of delivery mentioned online and what is been spoken to us on phone. All the customer care excutives could say was please give us 48 hrs till we revert back with the solution.
We waited till December 27th. Meanwhile we also got a few calls from Wakefit logistics team that the order will be delivered on time. And then suddenly out of no where I get a message from Wakefit that my item has been cancelled.
We had paid by card during the time of booking and the money is still not refunded. Even if the company refunds the money, they had our money for more than a month.
We checked with them again to place a new order with the same amount but delayed delivery. They denied saying the offer has ended. It was completely the company’s mistake and miscommunication. Me being 6 months pregnant it’s super annoying to face all of this and do nothing during this time.

Order placed on Dec 15. Delivery should have been done on Dec 19th. Previously received two different orders to the same address. But for this order, I just received a message from their delivery partner as 'Incomplete Address'. No proper response from Wakefit later. Haven't received them yet! And no information, no proper reason, fake assurances every time i reach out. On threatening to file complaints they lied about order being dispatched on 1st december, and as usual no items received. I only had to msg again, on which yet again the robotic response was given via sms that dispatch is delayed. Zero empathy towards customer!
Wakefit as a company has lost credibility. Product quality has also gone down as i have ordered before as well, and my friends have also ordered and i have seen the products they received with so many issues and defects. best to stay away from Wakefit now.

Installatiin of wardrobe against order no.
Wardrobe components against order no. Order Id # ORDER202110PlSeWc were delivered on Oct. 39, 2021. Since I was going to be awy till 11th October, I requested that installation be done after 11 Nov.
I have been following up with Wakefit customer service for the installtion to be done swiftly. After at least 12 conversations with the customer service and repeated assurances by them that it will be done soon, nothing has happened till date. It is now nearly a month since I made the request for installation and about a month and a half sine the item was delivered.
I find that Wakefit after-sales service is dismal. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Wakefit to friends and family. Neither wiil I continue with planned purchases with Wake fit.

Placed order with 100% payment done but wrong products delivered
I had placed an order of queen size bed with orthopedic mattress on 26th Oct'21 and the delivery was on time 28th Oct'21.
The authorized carpenter assigned by wakefit visited at my place for installation on 31st Oct'21 and during the time of installation carpenter noticed that the base of the bed was wrongly delivered instead of queen size bottom of the bed delivered was king size and complaint was lodge by carpenter on same day and he committed that in couple of days the products would be changed and they will come and installed.
Till date the wrong products has still not been changed.
I was following with wakefit from last 35 days but still every time fake commitment and the products has still not been changed.
I had lodge written complaint and shared the wrong products pics in the mail and whatsapp.
But still my issues has not been resolved.
I need my full payment refund.
