Western Digital — Defective replacements | |||||
Western Digital has some of the most inexperienced customer service staff. Replacement warranty is to replace your defective product with another defective product from their warehouse. In my particular case, my western Digital passport (External Hard Drive). After it malfunctioning, I found my warranty still active receiving {RMA} for replacement, it malfunctioned shortly after. After returning for another replacement I found myself repeating the proceedings once again after two failed replacements. Was this information helpful? | |||||

However I’d ike to know more about the issue. May I know what is the defect there in the drive when you revived it after RMA. Is it not getting detected? are you unable to use it?
