[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — Damaged power bank

Hello sir/mam i am krishna from bikaner-334001 i ordered a combo of mi + power bank which is (10400 mah + 20800 mah) at 649 on 4-9-2016. But today at 9 am i got my parcel in which one power bank which is mi 10400 mah is good but another powerbank which is not 20400 mah mi+ but that is 25000 mah sony's duplicate powr bank which is fully damaged & that's image i attaching with my complaint. I wanna go out for holiday after 7 days. So sir before that please deliver me original product as i ordered that time.

I ordered other things and got other things in my parcel and i have tried ur call many times but your call are coming busy from last two days & I ordered this for function which is on 16 November so Please sir pickup my product soon and refund me my paid amount which is 857 /- INR soon. Thank you
