I called the ARAMEX courier customer care and asked about the delivery address of the item having consignment number [protected]. I asked them to change the delivery address and send the item to my new address. But they told that, for this I have to consult with Whaaky.com. I tried your customer care number but no one answered as usual. I myself can not cancel any order or change the delivery address because that access is not available in your site. That's why, i am facing this issue. So, please tell the courier company to change the address and deliver the item to my below mentioned address. For this act, I shall be thankful to you ever.
