Wheelstreet — Refund for the booking issue

Hello,

I made the booking of bike with name of himanhsu and booking id: dlh03857. I faced one of the worst issues with wheelstreet and decided not to do any sort of bookings with wheelstreet and also tell others to do the same.

I got the bike with no test drive and told that bike is in a good condition and the executive told me to have trust on him as he has drived the bike and checked all the things. He also told me that bike has pollution check document and requested me to get it done and he will pay me for that.

Secondly, when i drived the bike just for 5 min the bike got switched off, i thought there it's my mistake not any issue with the bike. After 5 minutes, the again got switched off automatically and speedometer light got off and there was no display on it.

I called the executive and he told me that i should try once and if the bike will not star he will be there. He was a kind person and i insisted him to be there at the place so that he himself can check the bike and quickly repair the fault.

He told me that bike has no issues and it will start. He dragged the bike on speed and bike got start with some silly old school technique. He told me to switch off the light as it will take the load of the battery and after reaching the petrol pump, the battery will get charged and then there will be no issue.

After 2 mins, bike again got stopped and he told to come with him and again he dragged the bike and bike got started he told to come back there with him behind to the pickup point.

Bike again got stopped and i dragged the heavy bike to 120 meters away pickup point where he told me to there.

In between when i was dragging the bike i called the customer care and told the old story. He asked me not worry and will call back after talking to the executive who was already there on the pick-up point.

The pick-up point executive told me that i was coming to you but i got there late. I called the customer care and told them i won't be accepting the alternative as my event was already missed for which i took the bike and it of no use now.

I need a full refund for this booking as my time was wasted and bike given to me was the faulty one. The event for which i took the bike was missed due to all these matters.

Please refund my money or else i will file a complaint against in the consumer court for cheating me.

It was the worst experience i have ever felt with any of the startup. Please refund my money and reply to my mail.
