Hello Sir, By keeping your goodwill in my mind I have purchased on refrigerator (neo I chill 292 liters) and washing machine on 4th May on 5th may same has been delivered. On 6th may an engineer (Wahid) came for demo and during demo session he broken the air flow nob which was in freezer. I complained on 6th MAY (complaint no. DL[protected]) after some day they closed this complained with reason ‘wrong address’ and I am not able to understand that how the can deliver refrigerator at wrong address. I again complained on 21st MAY (Complaint no. DL[protected]) Now I am calling on daily basic with customer care, escalation department, service center and engineer but no one is taking care of this while calling to engineer, he talking abusly and “saying that he will not repair do what you can”. It would be a miracle if some concerned person read this and do the needful immediately. Or let me know the escalation email id or number which would help Was this information helpful? | |||
