[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — 3-door Refrigerator

Sir,

I bought Whirlpool 3-door refrigerator a year back. I faced a problem of an abnormal sound from the freezer within a month. When I complained, staff came and told that ice is getting freezed in the fan which is causing the sound, and told me that it would not recur, but then, I had to call for the same issue 3-4 times within a year. After a year, same complaint plus no cooling in the fridge. Now, the Whirlpool service staff said that I have to change certain components, and changed, and charged me around Rs 500. Now, immediately after a week, too high cooling is there, the WSS says that I have to change the Thermostat and changed charging my Rs 1000. Still the issue remains. I would like to know whether this product is a failure one/because I brought it through Amazon online, is this a faulty/second-hand one, why am I getting continuous issues, and why nothing has been able to solve by your technicians? I have a very bad experience from your service staff (who confirmed that they used to exchange duplicate parts) previously that I had to exchange my old Whirlpool fridge while buying this. I am really frustrated. I am attaching my bill copy for your review. I would request you to replace this fridge/refund/ or do something that would solve my issues effectively.
