With reference to the above subject, I had lodged a complaint to the customer care on 19 /4/2022 with an error code of F26.
Next day I was allocated with Technician of my branch area service care center, i, e 560049 KR Puram Bangalore,
He diagnosed the machine, and came to conclusion saying power board & user board has failed to run the machine, which costs Rs 9800/- and Drain motor with wiring has also failed need to change which costs Rs 3500/- + Rs 500 for service charge. Total you have to pay Rs 14000/- .
I Called Customer care service to verify how i should get to know technician giving me the genuine reasons or no, customer care suggested me to talk to Service head of my branch area,
Next day Senior technician visited to diagnose the machine with some spare part, changed the spare parts for demo purposes, after troubleshooting the Machine was running in the condition, suggested me to change the spare parts, which cost Rs, 9800/- agreed to get repaired done.
Annoying part was Senior technician was very rude and arrogant and was not responding properly i can understand COVID phase affected many peoples daily bread, but still i was humble and politely requested him to order new spare part,
It's almost 2 weeks over, technician is giving me the reason saying spare parts are not arrived from the company.
Customer Care has only inbound services, for better service customer care can follow up with outbound services with customers for expedite the complains closing timings with dealers/Franchise centers.
It would be good for the customers if the Escalation Matrix is provided in the website.
