[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — 6th sense double door fridge/pcb got, damaged with in a month service centre assuring to replace my fridge as spare parts not available

Ref:complain # de[protected].

I have purchased a double door fridge (6th sence 360 litre) in december 2019, (From vijay sales, kalkaji) after using 15 days suddenly it was stopped cooling, then we had called to the technician who came for installation, after verification on dt. 27.01.2020 he declared that the pcb of the fridge has been damaged & it would take 2-3 days for repairing, in very next day he came with an pcb with different part number & tried to fix the same & he was unable to get through.

He spoke to his supervisor mr. Anand in front of me and his supervisor assured to replace my fridge as actual spare (Pcb) not available.
I am chessing with the technician, his supervisor mr. Anand and mr. Mohit sharma but unable get an answer when my fridge will be replaced, surprisingly these guys are stopped answering my phone now.

I request to the consumer forum authority to intervene and help in resolving the issue.

Thanks for your escalation but the issue is not resolved yet.

I have just received a call from[protected] & the executive told me that we need another 05 working days for replacement of my fridge.

As you can see, i am cheesing with the whirlpool team since last 10 days & getting same reply...every time a new person comes and asks for 05 working days more and Vanish from coordination...it is really very disappointing the way whirlpool dealing with their customer.

We once again want to request you whirlpool team to arrange replacement of my fridge before this week end 08.02.2020 otherwise, i will have to knock the door of legal department for my assistance.

Dear team @ consumer forum,

I wish to inform you that my issue is still open/unresolved... It's a false statement from Whirlpool team that customer appliance has been replaced.. My number already shared with you, it can be verified personally by making a call to me only.

I am still waiting replacement of my 360 literally double door 6th sense fridge.

The whirlpool service team is now avoiding my call... Ms. Yasmin Sarkar, service team manager is not responding my tele calls, every time a new fellows has been assigned to respond.. Now, hopelessly I am just moving pole to pole to get replacement of faulty fridge..

Kindly help, as I am in the process to take legal support due to unprofessional attitude of whirlpool team.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a two doors whirlpool refrigerator (6th Sense, 360 litres) in July 2020. After using it for 1 years, suddenly my refrigerator stopped cooling at lower segment. 4-5 engineers visited my home to identify what exactly happened with my refrigerator. They were confused among them about what exactly went wrong with my refrigerator even though they were from the same agency.

After 6 months of following up with the service agent. They suggest to change the PCB of the refrigerator with the cost of Rs.4500/-. The PCB got changed on 01.2.2022.

Now again from yesterday my refrigerator has stopped cooling. I am so frustrated now with this products. Engineering of service centres are so incompetent to identify any issues with that machine, now again I have to face the same issue.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
