Whirlpool India — 7 month old refrigerator warranty not covering

I purchased whirlpool refrigerator from chandra traders, velachery road chennai just 7 months back. But i have not used it from long time
Because i have already one old refrigerator. Recently i started using this refrigetor but i got cooling problem. So complained to customer
Care for service on the date 18/06/2019. But due to lockdown in chennai the registered complain on the date 06/07/2020 with complained
Number-che[protected].

On the date 09/07/2020 technician with name mohammad ali khan from sai saran service center, medavakkam chennai-600100 came and completed service taken bill copy asked amount rs-6000 since my refrigetor was in warranty so i called to customer care about this matter. Customer care executive was telling same thing to mohammad refrigeretor is under warranty so don't take any charge. But technician started shouting with executive also. Then mohammad cut compressor and coil from refrigetor and left out from my house. Even they have not joined my old compressor and coil also. Nextday on friday mohammad called me promissed me for service under warranty but he did not came untill now.

That time onward customer care executive promissing each time 'today they will arrange different technician for service under warranty' but same
Technician calling and telling charge 6000+1500 (Second time extra charge) for service and telling 'you won't get service of refrigetor without payment'.

Same matter i sent mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com and [protected]@whirlpoolauthorisedservice.com also to local service center
Mail-id-qqsaaisaran. [protected]@gmail.com on the date 13/07/20 include bill copy, compressor and coil image. And daily sending reminder mail for their response. But they are not responding. Whenever i am calling customer care they are telling you will get service today and also mail response including call from head office. But they are not giving service and not mail response from head office.

So kindly needful and provide service as soon as possible under warranty.
