We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine about 3 years before. It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But since last week there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.

Contacted the whirlpool support team and the mechanic came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced....

We had raised a complaint to repair our refrigerator which had cooling problem on 22/06/2020. The service person visited on same day. He changed three parts namely 1. Vc 2. D starter 3. Relay op charging 3450inr. & went told cooling will start when fridge is kept on for some time later we found that the problem still exists. We called him again he visited on 24/06/20 and changed one part namely thermo stat costing about 1400 inr. Again he...

Complaint is updated as resolved while it is still open. I haven't received any support from the company yet....

When ever i call service centre desk to check status of my existing complaint they open a new complaint. Like this they have raised a 3 complaints for same issue product defect regarding single door refrigerator.

None of the times did i get an email /sms of my service ticket details
Your team has closed the service ticket without my knowledge and permission and with no service provided against it.

I filled a complaint for my window ac.
Service request number gha[protected]. Technician came to my house and said that there is a fas leakage problem but neither he had proper basic instruments for checking nor he provided any solutions. He told me to take my ac to nearest branch for this gas leakage problem. I am highly disappointed....

I have purchased a new fridge from vijay sales model town delhi on
