Dear sir

We brought this washing machine from whirlpool local dealer in tellichery in the year 2010. The boad is getting damaged in every 2 years. Each time we spent 3500 rupees to replace the boad and the cumilative repair charge has exeeded the intitial price of the wasing machine,
Each time the technicain is telling the reason for the damage as humidity. Based on his advice we have shifted our wasing machine to different places in side our house but no results. It failed again yesterday for the fifth time,
Please adice a solution for this.

    I have already paid service charges but still service is not complete. Incomplete repair was done. Now for hose pipe, i have to follow up everyday. There is no proper response on email, chat, phone. A branded company with poor service.

      I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator on 03rd july 2020 at vijay sales, pitam pura, delhi, which is delivered to me on 05th july 2020, now yesterday on 9th of july 2020 around 2:00 pm, it suddenly stopped working after various complaints to whirlpool customer care and [protected] (Executive mr. Baiju, who presented demo of the product), visited on 10th july around 12:00 and told us that gas is leaked and it will be refilled. When i talked about the gas leakage in the new product he replied very rudely that it is not his responsibility how it happens and just told us option what you want. There is two options, first you can go for replacement, which took atleast 20 days and may be more and second you can go for gas re-filling but after that we will never replace the refrigerator.
      I was totally shocked to hear that it’s a clear case of blackmailing to consumer by whirlpool to suffer in hot summer of delhi. First they sold a defective refrigerator and then forcing the customer to accept defective product.
      During all this when i contacted to vijay sales, even they raised their hands to do anything and told me that now it’s the matter of company policy and consumer.
      From the above all it’s quite clear that company and vijay sales has very clear intensions to cheat and loot the consumer from very beginning and using the policy to harass the consumer.
      I just want all my money fully refunded back to me immediately and vijay sales or whirlpool can took back his defective refrigerator as soon as possible.

      Vijay sales has exchanged my refrigerator with an old one refrigerator at the name of new piece.
      Even for that whirlpool is taking the credit.
      A female executive has called from whirlpool ([protected]) regrading solution and really sorry to say that
      executive is much worse then service engineer Mr. Baiju. She is behaving like that she has obliging me for the replacement of vijay sales and nothing is listening regarding fault and their services. Nothing is done by Whirlpool except making a fool to client.

        Recently I bought a fully automatic washing machine top load washing machine from Whirlpool. During the installation of my machine an executive came by the name of Sachin Sharma whose working in one of the authorized service center's (i.e, Bhardwaj Enterprise, Ghaziabad) of Whirlpool India.

        During the purchase of my machine, i also bought a heavy duty trolley from Amazon but the service executive told me that i need to cancel that one & we need to buy only Whirlpool authorized trolley from their service center. During installation, he also told verbally that its mandatory to use trolley for setting up top load automatic machine as it needs to have fixed level to maintain the water-flow inside drum & along with that it also going to protect machine from rust as the fully automatic machines are prone to rust from the bottom portion.

        He also mentioned that the trolley is a genuine accessory of Whirlpool & will have a validity of six month. I get convinced by seeing the badging of whirlpool on the trolley & as well as on its case.

        By keeping all this in mind & having a faith on whirlpool, i agreed and bought it from them.

        But after a month, one of the leg of my trolley got completely bend. I tried to reach out to the service center but they were not taking any appropriate actions against it.

        I tried to lodge a complaint on whirlpool india customer care, but their executive are keep on shifting the case by saying that the warranty on the accessories is going to provided by the service center not by the whirlpool.

        After a long arguments, finally the service center guy showed up at my place & said that we will only replace the defective part of the trolley instead of entire trolley.

        After my continuous request, of either replacement or for refund so that i can buy a heavy duty stand for this washing machine.

        Their service manager simply denied to do that & suggest that i can speak with Whirlpool.

        I am hoping that whirlpool will look into this matter & get some appropriate action against such stupid service center's. If whirlpool doesn't supply accessories then why do they have branding and manufacturing details of whirlpool facility.

          Hi i have whirlpool bloom wash machine and the machine was throwing 551 error, called up engineer he first said motor is faulty and changed it, first he said 3000 charges then he changed to 1800, when i asked it has warranty he changed his version and changed it free of cost. After changing then he said pcb is faulty and said 4000 would be charge for it, 2200 is charge for some acid cleaning and 470 is visiting charges. I said i would call whirlpool and confirm, called up whirlpool and it was to my shock that they have no idea of the price range of the products and they told me that what ever the service centre tells thats final. I think whirlpool service centres are ripping the customers as whirlpool has not set any standards to check how much customers are being charged.

          I also checked in internet pcb is costing 2900.

          Whirlpool team pls check into the same else you would end up loosing a major business share in india with such services.

          For me also they have chargeed like this. First they have mentioned there is no part available for 551 error and you have to buy PCB and charges will be around Rs. 8000 after following up few days they say there is no PCB part you have to buy new machine with 60% depreciation and then suddenly service person saying we have got 551 error part we will replace it. They chargeed me for two parts Rs. 5750 and service charge extra Rs. 475 and still work is incomplete. Waiting for their call when they will complete my work.

            Dear Sir,
            Purchased new Whirlpool brand water purifier PURASENSE RO+UF+UV+ATDS From MP Electronics Haldwani for Rs 14000.00 and installed on[protected]. From day one and first use machine has heavy leakage problem due to a manufacturing defect inside. This defect has been checked by company technician. Immediately I requested vide request no DEH[protected] and following telephone calls to the WHIRLPOOL company/dealer to replace this defective machine. The company is not taking any action and I am suffering without my mistake. Kindly help to replace this faulty machine or to refund me my hard-earned money.

                  Bought new whirlpool double door 360 liter fridge, delivered on 30 may 2020. Fridge is not working since day 1. Registered complaints number of time but no replacement has been done yet. It’s been more than a month running after them but no results. Horrible experience with whirlpool.

                    I am very unsatisfied the response and way of working with unsatisfied the performance of split 1.5 ac in last three year.

                    I had purchased the whirlpool 1.5 ton slip ac 3 year back of model number cna[protected].in very next year we faced the problem of cooling we complained in whirlpool and m/s prayas taken the indoor and outdoor unit to check at their warehouse. Whirlpool changed the almost full parts of indoor unit (Cooling coil and others) and charge us rs 11000 approx. By m/s prayas in oct 2018 (Bills attached)

                    We had also taken 1 yr amc by prayas from 29 jan 2019 to 29 jan 2020 and visits done and checked found ok

                    Again we faced the issue of cooling in current yr 2020 and we complained to whirlpool (Luc [protected]) they routed complaint to ritu and company. They take the all unit to their warehouse and checked replied that indoor cooling coil is damaged (Report attached)

                    We had purchased ac at cost of near rs 35000, after that we had paid near about 15000 for repairing still it was not working

                    I want new indoor unit as replacement as new indoor can’t be faulty in 1 season as it was under amc.

                      Dear Sir(s)

                      The undersigned had on 8th June, 2020 purchased fully automatic washing machine {31331 WHIRLPOOL WM 9.5 KG 360 BW PRO H- BATCH: [protected]} from Channa Electronics (Regd office: AA 21; SHALIMAR BAGH, DELHI) for Rs 26, 650 paid vide credit card. ( Copy of Invoice enclosed)

                      The machine was delivered the next day on 9th June, 2020. To our dismay and shock, last week around 18th June, 2020, after the machine was put into motion, the water started coming out of the outlet and there was a beep sound signalling that there was no water inside the machine though the machine had a dedicated water connection. A complaint was lodged with your toll-free no [protected] and one person by the name Manoj attended to the complaint. He stated that there is some substance which has got struck and has resulted in the machine not performing. He overturned the machine and rectified the said impediment.

                      The machine performed for one day but the next day again it stopped. This time the water got struck in the machine and their was no out flow. We again called the toll-free no and the same Person Manoj attended to the complaint (No[protected] on 26th June, 2020 and after examining the machine stated that some part needs to be changed.

                      You will appreciate that if within ten days of purchase there is a defect in the machine, no consumer would like to keep such a machine. It was purchased on the recommendation of Mr Vaibhav, owner, Channa electronics and it was expected to give certain service and be o[censored]tility to the purchaser.

                      I demand immediate replacement of this defective piece. This fact was made known to Manoj and yesterday to Mr Vaibhav at the Channa Electronics. I was informed by Vaibhav yesterday that he shall take the issue with the Company and let me know but till the time of writing this mail he has not reverted. I have not been apprised of the outcome of my request.

                      Be it noted that the goods bought by me suffer from one or more defects, that the defect has happened within the warranty period and that too within two weeks of the purchase of the machine. There is a deficiency of service as the said engineer from the Vendor company has failed to rectify the defect and the said Vendor Channa electronics has failed to attend the complaint to the satisfaction of the purchaser. This is a clear case of deficiency of service. I have been misrepresented and mislead that the machine gives a particular performance and is better than other machines in the same category by Mr Vaibhav thereby indulging in an Unfair trade practise. I am a consumer within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 having bought the machine for sel[censored]sage i.e washing of clothes.

                          Sir myself p. A. Patil from silvassa i have purchased fully automatic front load washing machine on nov.2019 machine is in warranty now in six months drum is not rotating. I complain on 1st june 2020 but no body is attend the complain only reply on mobile service person call you 2 to 3 hours. I call them appox daily but the reply is same service person call you 2 to 3 hours still complete 1 month no body attend the complain so what can i do. Please reply.

                            I have purchased whirlpool amc i made they payment on whirlpool india website it has been more than 3 months the transaction was done on 26th feb. I just got an amc number that's amc-36*. I have not yet received physical or soft copy of my amc document whirlpool customer care doesn't have the answer my i have also emailed them there is no reply its been more than 3 months.

                              I raised a service ticket multiple times for a product defect regarding single door refrigerator.

                              None of the times did i get an email /sms of my service ticket details
                              Your team has closed the service ticket without my knowledge and permission and with no service provided against it.
                              My product was in inwarranty when i had raised the first ticket on 02 may 2020 (Please check my bill screenshot), which they closed without providing any response and now your team is asking for service charges. This has got no fault from mine side as a customer
                              Neither of your call center executives have any knowledge regarding if they can escalate it to higher level
                              They keep customer on hold for half an hour and then frustrated customer has to disconnect and call back the help center. (Please check screenshots when their customer service agents will put call on hold and never reply back)

                              Because of their inability to provide product service in time now they are asking me money to get my product repaired. I am raising ticket and these guys are closing them without any response or service

                                Bought ac last year on 5th aug 2019 window 1.5 ton whirlpool.. But within one year it complains about not blowing cold air. We complained about it to customer care.. They took our ac to service enter n returned it after 2 days and said we refilled gas as gas was leaked. Within an hour same problem strts again of not blowing cild air.. After tht we continued call to whirlpool offc in khanna punjab to plz cm n see wat happend to it.. They didnt cared about it.. Next day we callthem whole day n at night around 8 pm they came n said ac gas is leaked again n took again ac to service center i. E on friday night.. They said we will fix it till monday.. Now today is tuesday they didn't responding to our calls. Its horrible experience buyi ng any whirlpool product.. They didn't cared about their customers.. Very bad service

                                    I had bought a whirlpool fridge from amazon dated 05/08/2019 however this fridge has been a disastrous purchase since day 1.

                                    1) firstly the fridge delivered did not have the chiller tray, thankfully this issue was resolved when amazon offered to reimburse it amount.

                                    2) the fridge gave first problem within 3 months, complaint was made for non-cooling. Repeat complaint was made and the mechanic changed the compressor within 6 months of the purchase.

                                    4) it’s not even an year and now it is again giving multiple problems – the top section with the icetray is giving voluble sound when operational. The lower most section where the vegetables are kept – generally all vegetables gets freezed. Water is released from the lower section of the fridge.


                                    I am very unsatisfied with this purchase, a product with a warranty of many years is giving problems in its initial stage of purchase.

                                    I have multiple electronic equipments in my house, but this fridge purchase has made me double think on purchasing electronic items on amazon and also of whirlpool brand.

                                    This is highly unacceptable. Kindly take notice of the situation and either replace the fridge with a new one or kindly refund my amount.

                                      We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine about 3 years before. It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. But since last week there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.

                                      Contacted the whirlpool support team and the mechanic came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. And said the cost is about rs 5200/-

                                      Isn't this too much? Seriously around 1/3rd of the total cost of new washing machine? On looking further into this, i could see many customers facing the same issues, so i believe this issue is more based on quality of whirlpool washing machines.

                                      I hope i do get a revert back from the concerned team as soon as possible.
