[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Calstrait product overpriced and bill not received

I have purchased washing machine through Amazon on 08/Feb/2022. And the installation by whirlpool has arrived on 09/Feb/2022. The problem here is along with the installation the service guys are forcing us to purchase some extra products like in my case with Whilrpool washing machine, the service guy advice me to take Scalegon product for cleaning the washing machine. I said big No for that. But again he asked me to take calstrait water energiser which he told we should use it for washing machine for changing the water to soft. He told the price was 2000 rs. But again I have showed him the price of the product in amazon is around 600 rs only. But then again he told in online there will be duplicates and somehow he convinced me and fixed that for 1750rs. I have made a google payment for him and I didn’t get bill for that. Now I am concerned whether it is a original product or not. Even for the scalgon cleaning powder he was asking 300rs per pack which was 230 rs only at whirlpool Amazon page So I request whirlpool to take care of these issues in future and save the customers +2 photos Was this information helpful? Thanks to whirlpool and team as well Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. But it's really fraud by the service centre installation team who cheated with u atleasr the service centre shud penalized...it's not abt only ur resolution wat for others ...y don't whirlpool look into these service centre team ...is being customers we always hv to escalate for small amounts ...y don't they r strict wid their service centre's for them it's ok if service centre r cheating n fraud in wid consumers n wen consumer escalate with these wat they do wid service centre's...I too also face the same issue ...it's fraud n cheating to customers through local authorise service centre's...
