[Resolved] Whirlpool India — complaint against customer care / whirlpool dealer for false commitment | |||
Dear m/s. Whirlpool customer service team, I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator serial no[protected], model no-70055 from your dealer vijay radio house, bus stand road, sidhi, (M. P.)-486661 dated on 27/04/2014, due to transfer of my employment presently i am in serving in ajmer district, rajasthan. From past 3 days my refrigerator is not cooling in that regard i have compliant today to customer care for further resolution of my refrigerator case and service person has informed that compressor is not working and warranty has been expiry, it's only for 5 years, but in my warranty card it clearly mentioned for 10 years of warranty then how service center will deny to resolve my compressor issue it is a fake commitment from your dealer by issuing warranty card to customer. Any how further resolve my issue as written in my warranty card, else i will go for file a legal case for false commitment in writing. I have ordered Whirlpool 360 L convertible 2019 model from Colors Unlimited, Uttam Nagar Delhi to our home Gurgaon om 10 June 2020.
They have cheated and delivered used, old and scratch based product and now he is not returning my money, I have returned the product to them but they are charging logistics fee unnecessary 2000 rs to me.
He is saying this as brand new fresh item. Howcome it be?
How can I pay that money as I have not received anything.
The staff is not listening and harassing me n my wife whenever I called them.
Please intervene and assist urgently.
Urgent help needed.
Please take strict action against as they are selling such items on the name of Whirlpool brand.
