Date of Purchase[protected] Model No- IF CNV 515 Alpha Steel 3 S-21113 Billing name- Equalitas Certifications Limited, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 Regd Mob No- [protected] Complaint made for this product till date are 4 times in 25 months Now 4th time same complaint, Cooling issues since first complainat S No Complaint Date Complaiant No Compalint [protected] DAL[protected] No Cooling [protected] DAL[protected] No Cooling issue- Motor Replace [protected] DAL[protected] No Cooling issue- Motor Replace [protected] DAL[protected] No Cooling Issue- Condenser Leakage Now When product is under AMC and product having issues since starting, made complaint when it have more problems, cooling issue. We paid amount for AMC also. And now your AMC partner is not able to solve the issue and asking to pay 40% amount and get new Product and saying will refund AMC amount. Why should we pay a single penny, since we are in trouble and purchase the refrigerator and take AMC to maintain in working condition, but we are facing trouble and not able to use for total 30 days in working, and now last issue is on 8th July 2021 and now 16 July 2021- in this season we are facing this issue.
