We had bought an Wirpool AC from Vijay Sales on 15th August 2020 and got it installed in September end 2020.. Since then I have got my AC servicing done almost 6 times.. Every time it has got a pain.. Last time due to negligence in installation the gas was leaked and they fixed the gas and was sorted for a few months again today I raised a complaint and again the gas has leaked.. This time I am fed up.. I have requested for an replacement and I have no one who is ready to help.. I have called the customer service and have received no help only saying that they will look into the matter.. We have to work from home and the AC is not working so it gets very difficult in this hot climate.. This is really disappointing from a company like WIRPOOL.. Bad bad service.. I am expecting a reply from Wirpool soon..

    Its been more than 15 days now. And i seriously didn't expected this type pf pathetic service by whirlpool. Since 5 of July i was facing cooling problem with the fridge and finally contacted to the shop where i purchased from and finally they provided you customer support number. As of now the since 9 of july your person is saying that some parts have to come from company and its been more than 10 days now. However i just wanted to tell you that i have already lodge complaint in consumer court for your pathetic after sale service and wrong and misleading commitments.

    As an "Update" They contacted asked for few more days. Seriously? A refrigerator that costs more than 50k and all of sudden stopped working within few months at the end whirlpool needs half month to repair it? I have told the customer care either refund my whole money and replace it with brand new same refrigerator with brand new warranty or else pay compensation along with that too as already we have face lot of problems.

      Body was heavily heated and also water leakage when your service engineer replace the faulty compressor before 2 days. Please. I need a permanent solution as soon as possible

        PurchasedWhitpool fully automatic washing machine topload 7kg 360 blue wave. Now washing is fine but when reaches Spin it stops and showing "Error SS1" many times complained locally but worst feedback from your Hubli service center.
        Not under warranty.

          I bought my ac from flipkart on 02/11/2020 from flipkart OD[protected] . This ac was installed on 7 june 2021 as per now only one month is completed.. But in this duration of one month the ac was serviced 5 times but we have already requested to customer care to replace since whenver ac gets serviced it takes 03-04 days that means 80% of time ac is not in working condition. Because of the slow service of whirlpool my mother father affected by very high heat weather and they got ill too in this hot summer. I not only want ac to be replaced but I want compensation from the company too since the company service persons lied too many times about servicing and I have proof of it.             Hi I'm from Mumbai and
            I have bought whirlpool refrigerator first time and it has been delivered as a defective one. It has cracks on the back side of the vegetable box on both the sides, this is a place where these cracks are not easily noticeable since the maid and cook use the refrigerator and clean it, I was unaware of any such possibility.

            I have discovered these cracks and immediately called your local helpline number but no one is cooperating to replace the defective Refrigerator sent by your company.

            I have emailed the company purchase bill and the defective cracks pics so that u can have an idea of the defect.

            Kindly replace the refrigerator at your earliest since that Wil save both o[censored]s further effort and trouble.

            The Refrigerator is stil in warranty and the local staff is not paying heed to this matter. Kindly intervene and get this refrigerator replaced as we are facing trouble due to defective company product

              I purchased a fully automatic washing machine model- 31370 on June 12th 2021. It's been only one month since my purchase. The machine's outlet pipe had a hole in it and it caused water leakage. I contacted your customer care and the book for a service. The service men came and fix a new pipe and charged 200 Rs. He said that the pipe won't come under warranty. But your in your user manual you have claimed that there is two years warranty on complete washing machine. I wouldn't have registered for a complain if your staff where well behaved but he was so rude, which made me to register this complain. As a customer I purchase a product of yours for rupees 17500 and within one month if there is any defect occurs the company can't afford for it means then for what purpose you give a warranty. Also please teach your staff how to behave to the customer.

                Sir,

                I purchased a Refrigerator from the showroom on 20.05.2018 and due to a problem with the functioning of the Refrigerator I made my complaint on 04.07.2021 by mentioning the problem and a Technician visited and raised a service report stating that two parts have to be replaced. Believing his version, I paid Rs.2380/- for the same and accordingly he replaced the parts but the issues were not resolved. As such I called him on the same day but in vain and again I called him on 05.07.2021 for the same issue but it was not resolved..

                Even after raising the service report and collecting the amount of Rs.2380/- the issues were not resolved despite many calls to resolve the issues. Since, it was not resolved on 05.07.2021 I have been informed that senior technician will visit and resolve the issues, it seems that the technician who rendered service (very poor service) was an experiment on my Refrigerator and clearly evident a very bad and poor quality service.

                Further, despite many complaints and calls from 05.07.2021 to 12.07.2021, the matter is being dodging on one or the other pretext and deficiency and poor quality of service is being given which is causing mental agony, loss and sufferings to me.

                Therefore, I lost complete hope that whirlpool will provide better service as such after lapse of 9 days also no proper service is given despite amount paid by me. Thus, whirlpool is liable to pay the damages and compensation for the loss caused to me and further, I will take timely appropriate steps for the deficiency of service. I reserve all my rights to be raised in an appropriate timely manner.

                  Dear Team,

                  I have sent mails regarding my whirlpool washing machine for service. As I have purchased my washing machine CLASSIC MODEL 6.2 KG FULLY AUTOMATIC in September 2017 and just after 2 years of warranty was over I had issues with it and it was not working. I called the company executive for service and he came and said that the capacitor was damaged and need to replace. I had been me so by spending approx 1600/-. Now after 1 year of the service again my machine is in fault and the workshop in Kolkata has given estimate of 7300/- for repairs. In a span of 4 years I have to spend 10000/- on machine worth 13000/- then it's of no use.

                  Your executives who came for service at home and workshop person confessed that this is a FLOP MODEL of whirlpool and they have received lot of complaints.

                  Now your CUSTOMERS CARE executive Ms. Taniya Sahu has reverted the mail and now she is not replying for the past 4 days for my mails and queries.

                    I had purchased a split AC of Whirlpool Serial No. 42165X[protected]through Flipkart. Invoice No. FAA0AQ[protected] dated 24.05.2018. Invoice clearly mentions that Condenser is on 5 years Warranty. Recently, my AC stopped working and I booked a complaint on Whirlpool Customer Care on 26.06.2021. The technician came and informed that the condenser is not working and need to be replaced. He also told that I had to pay for condenser. When I informed that condenser is in 5 years warranty, he told that he need to get approval. He applied for approval and it took more than 3 days to get reply. To the greatest surprise, they didn't get approval and I was charged for condenser replacement.
                    I want refund of money as condenser is in warranty and I am charged for it s replacement.

                          Hello Whirlpool Service Head team,

                          I have logged my first service request for the Drain error for my TOP LOAD Whirlpool washing machine in May 1st week. The engineer from your partner company visited and changed the PCB panel (with scalegon pack and service cost) for Rs 4400. The machine worked for 1 month and we started getting the same error from July 1st week.

                          Now, the same issue occurred during Jul 1st week. I initially contacted your Partner team directly. They have checked the issue today (Jul 10th) and now they say the issue with the wiring kit. They say it would cost Rs 2150 plus service charge of Rs 450.

                          My concern is,

                          1. For the same issue, the partner team aims to charge Service Charge 2 times.I believe the old issue should be reopened here.
                          2. The engineer who visited today initially claimed that the drain motor failed and said the cost would be Rs 1500 and the machine needs cleaning for the cost of Rs 1750. Finally, after a troubleshooting he identified that the Drain motor is good and the wiring kit is failing. Finally, he says the cost for wiring kit would be Rs 2150. There is no proper troubleshooting and communication here on exact failure.

                          I am lacking transparency from your service on failure and costing.

                          Could you please help with the following points?

                          1. Which component has exactly failed now and what is the actual cost for it?
                          2. Can we reopen the old ticket since we are facing exactly the same issue after 2 months.
                          3. Share us the Price sheet for all your components for customer transparency. So, i can take a clear decision based on costs.

                          i can find the spare part costs are 1/4th of your costing in Urbun Club.

                          Only concern that is not sorted out is, where is your Price list for the Whirlpool Spare Parts?.Can you share that link so we'll be well aware of cost prior to opt for part replacement.

                          Your Partner service agents roughly price the spare parts price. The price varies from engineer to engineer.

                            I purchased Whirlpool single door fridge on 5/4/2021. Within one month fridge stop working. Then I lodged service request. technician visit and after so many call to service centre he come after 10 days with pcb and fixed it and gone.
                            Then I noticed that my fridge still not working. Then I informed about this to technician as well as service centre. But technician not visited. After this I lodged new service request and so many called to service centre then techician visited and he said compressors is not working. 20 days are passed but technician not come.
                            What should I do? I feel harrassed.
                            Since 2 month my fridge is not working. When will technician come with compressor

                              I purchased Whirlpool single door fridge on 5/04/2021. Within one month fridge stop working then I lodged service request. After 4 days technician come and said that pcb is damage and he went. After so many call to service centre then technician come with pcb and set up. But still my fridge is not work then he said compressor also damaged and he will come with within 4 days. 20 days are passed but he is not come even he do not pickup my phone call. I also keep trying to phone call service centre but no response from there. What should I do

                                Hi,
                                I have bought whirlpool refrigerator single door on 05-Mar-2021.In the second gas pipe (copper pipe small) has broken out of warranty they charged 2000/- for weld and in the next month motherboard has gone and technician told due high volatge has burned the same i checked with my technician i could not any burned stuff still i paid 3400/- and immediately after fixing again same problem again 3400/- .

                                Called up customer care has given technician and agency details. they will inspect on their choices . when customer care and agency is not listening or not paying attention to my problem to whom I have tell my concern.It is not work paying break charges 3400+2000+new bill yet come for the worth of 13500 fridge. Some action should taken against this company when they do not care the customer concerns.

                                      I bought this refrigerator from Croma in Feb 2021. On 09 June logged complain GHA[protected] as fridge was not cooling on top. Freezer was working. The technician visited and said it is gas leakage. He asked if I want it repaired. To which I said No. I want to understand and want whirlpool or Croma to take the responsibility of this defected product or model. The supervisor of whirlpool was later saying it was something else and trying to convince me for a repair. Do you understand hard earned money gone just like that. And Companies making worst product and selling them on such high rates. I need a new fridge replacement or my money back. Else I am going to file complain in consumer court against Whirlpool and Croma both.
