Dear Team,

I have sent mails regarding my whirlpool washing machine for service. As I have purchased my washing machine CLASSIC MODEL 6.2 KG FULLY AUTOMATIC in September 2017 and just after 2 years of warranty was over I had issues with it and it was not working. I called the company executive for service and he came and said that the capacitor was damaged and need to replace. I had been me so by spending approx 1600/-. Now after 1 year of the service again my machine is in fault and the workshop in Kolkata has given estimate of 7300/- for repairs. In a span of 4 years I have to spend 10000/- on machine worth 13000/- then it's of no use.

Your executives who came for service at home and workshop person confessed that this is a FLOP MODEL of whirlpool and they have received lot of complaints.

Now your CUSTOMERS CARE executive Ms. Taniya Sahu has reverted the mail and now she is not replying for the past 4 days for my mails and queries.

Please revert immediately.

    I had purchased a split AC of Whirlpool Serial No. 42165X[protected]through Flipkart. Invoice No. FAA0AQ[protected] dated 24.05.2018. Invoice clearly mentions that Condenser is on 5 years Warranty. Recently, my AC stopped working and I booked a complaint on Whirlpool Customer Care on 26.06.2021. The technician came and informed that the condenser is not working and need to be replaced. He also told that I had to pay for condenser. When I informed that condenser is in 5 years warranty, he told that he need to get approval. He applied for approval and it took more than 3 days to get reply. To the greatest surprise, they didn't get approval and I was charged for condenser replacement.
    I want refund of money as condenser is in warranty and I am charged for it s replacement.

        Hello, this is Venkat. We have refrigerator which is not working currently. One of your technicians came to check and confirmed the motor is not working and to replace it he need a bill. We bought it from near by dealer but that shop is closed long back. We lost our bill and need a duplicate bill.

          Hello Whirlpool Service Head team,

          I have logged my first service request for the Drain error for my TOP LOAD Whirlpool washing machine in May 1st week. The engineer from your partner company visited and changed the PCB panel (with scalegon pack and service cost) for Rs 4400. The machine worked for 1 month and we started getting the same error from July 1st week.

          Now, the same issue occurred during Jul 1st week. I initially contacted your Partner team directly. They have checked the issue today (Jul 10th) and now they say the issue with the wiring kit. They say it would cost Rs 2150 plus service charge of Rs 450.

          My concern is,

          1. For the same issue, the partner team aims to charge Service Charge 2 times.I believe the old issue should be reopened here.
          2. The engineer who visited today initially claimed that the drain motor failed and said the cost would be Rs 1500 and the machine needs cleaning for the cost of Rs 1750. Finally, after a troubleshooting he identified that the Drain motor is good and the wiring kit is failing. Finally, he says the cost for wiring kit would be Rs 2150. There is no proper troubleshooting and communication here on exact failure.

          I am lacking transparency from your service on failure and costing.

          Could you please help with the following points?

          1. Which component has exactly failed now and what is the actual cost for it?
          2. Can we reopen the old ticket since we are facing exactly the same issue after 2 months.
          3. Share us the Price sheet for all your components for customer transparency. So, i can take a clear decision based on costs.

          i can find the spare part costs are 1/4th of your costing in Urbun Club.

          Only concern that is not sorted out is, where is your Price list for the Whirlpool Spare Parts?.Can you share that link so we'll be well aware of cost prior to opt for part replacement.

          Your Partner service agents roughly price the spare parts price. The price varies from engineer to engineer.

            I purchased Whirlpool single door fridge on 5/4/2021. Within one month fridge stop working. Then I lodged service request. technician visit and after so many call to service centre he come after 10 days with pcb and fixed it and gone.
            Then I noticed that my fridge still not working. Then I informed about this to technician as well as service centre. But technician not visited. After this I lodged new service request and so many called to service centre then techician visited and he said compressors is not working. 20 days are passed but technician not come.
            What should I do? I feel harrassed.
            Since 2 month my fridge is not working. When will technician come with compressor

After 4 days technician come and said that pcb is damage and he went. After so many call to service centre then technician come with pcb and set up. But still my fridge is not work then he said compressor also damaged and he will come with within 4 days. 20 days are passed but he is not come even he do not pickup my phone call. I also keep trying to phone call service centre but no response from there. What should I do

                Hi,
                I have bought whirlpool refrigerator single door on 05-Mar-2021.In the second gas pipe (copper pipe small) has broken out of warranty they charged 2000/- for weld and in the next month motherboard has gone and technician told due high volatge has burned the same i checked with my technician i could not any burned stuff still i paid 3400/- and immediately after fixing again same problem again 3400/- .

                Called up customer care has given technician and agency details. they will inspect on their choices . when customer care and agency is not listening or not paying attention to my problem to whom I have tell my concern.It is not work paying break charges 3400+2000+new bill yet come for the worth of 13500 fridge. Some action should taken against this company when they do not care the customer concerns.

                    kindly advise the company for immediate replacement of the defective parts and let them inform us when we will be able to get the same repaired.

                      I bought this refrigerator from Croma in Feb 2021. On 09 June logged complain GHA[protected] as fridge was not cooling on top. Freezer was working. The technician visited and said it is gas leakage. He asked if I want it repaired. To which I said No. I want to understand and want whirlpool or Croma to take the responsibility of this defected product or model. The supervisor of whirlpool was later saying it was something else and trying to convince me for a repair. Do you understand hard earned money gone just like that. And Companies making worst product and selling them on such high rates. I need a new fridge replacement or my money back. Else I am going to file complain in consumer court against Whirlpool and Croma both.

                        I have been struggling to get the issue resolved for my refrigerator purchased in March 20 and multiple complaints wére raised for same in this year and last year but no issue still remain in product. Cooling issue was there and different reasons were given by your team for same issue in multiple complaints but not resolved during this warranty period and now that issue continued and different reason for not cooling in refrigerator.

                        So in summary the problem was not resolved in warranty period and complaints (4) closed within warranty without addressing the issue or juts doing tactical fix and not strategic fix.

                        Since the issue was not addressed intentionally or team was not competent to diagnose it this and closed halfway impacted the performance and now become major issue and not resolved and now outside warranty. Due to this we are facing hardship and if complaint/s were addressed properly and if product not possible to repair it shoul have been replaced and problem was raised during warranty period only. As you might be aware that there were strict lockdown conditions in last couple of weeks and issue was checked and again problem exists. Every time new solution tactical fix provided but we should have replacement if this is a bigger issue.

                        Need your intervention to get this issue resolved and get the refrigerator replaced as already wasted so much time but issue still exists.I think customer issue should be resolved and we should not be suffering as the team not able to resolve in 4 complaint please.

                        This would have been replaced at first instance but just tactically fix but not done so request you to please resolve same.

                            Dear sir, madam my name is Vijay Gupta it is very unfortunate that I have to complain to your service centre again. I had made your complaint on 11 may I made this complaint to you because your staff had lied and misbehaved.which was resolved by the company and I am glad for that. I am trying to do by AMC continuously since 7 June on your toll free number but I am not getting any response from the company. my Whirlpool AC has almost been closed from the past several months please tell me what should I do now ? I think the company does not want to give me AMC service. if this is the case now then you will have to inform me less. if it is not so then the company should provide me AMC service or refund against your product. I have 3 to 4 products of Whirlpool and I am surprised that I am facing such inconvenience. Don't think I am lying that's why I upload all product picture. I am a consumer don't let my inconvenience become your dilemma.

                              Last year I bought a Split Inverter Air Conditioner of Whirlpool from Flipkart on 16 June 2020.
                              For which I had requested for Annual service on (6 May 2021) But since then no response has been received from your side. Annual maintenance of Air conditioners by concerned maintenance staff could not be accomplished up till now.
                              Today I again called your customer care and they are saying that your product is out of warranty for this service you have to pay service charge.
                              You tell me why I'll pay when I have put in its respectful request on 6 May 2021. At that time your concern team had said that as soon as the lockdown is over then we will send our technician person but since then no one came.
                              Now you tell me that it is my fault that i called under warranty time. I had already called from my side, service was stopped from your place so what is my fault in this..?
                              Already I have complained regarding this matter but till now work has been pending. Kindly direct concerned staff to do the needful at the earliest and acknowledge my mail as soon as possible.

                                  Spoke with Raj Shekhar once, he promised will follow up and issue will be fixed in 3 days and now when I dial number is coming switched off.

                                  Spoke with somebody on [protected] today says: "told you we don't have parts as of now please wait" and then said talk to my superior siddharth I denied as already spoke to lot of people he said he will check with his superior.

                                  This is not acceptable I am living in top floor in Delhi with my family where the temp is going 46 degree Celsius.

                                  Finally on July 3rd technician came with pcb and find out it was also not working.
                                  We checked the packaging date Oon pcb package it was of May 2021.
                                  And my ac service request was from June 2021.
                                  May be they sent the faulty One.
                                  So have to wait another 15 days for the new PCB to be delivered.

                                  Bad after sale service. You people do not have parts available in area like delhi.

                                  Nothing more to ask but look into this it's been a big hassle to deal with people we expect to help.

                                  Please whirlpool you are not giving good after sale service in india.

                                    So I had purchased a refrigerator in 2019, and it's already causing problems. The top half, i.e. the freezer was getting cold but not as much and the bottom half nothing. So I called whirlpool and they sent their "EXPERT". First lets talk about the fact that neither the message service mentioned on the official site for customer complaints is working, nor is the phone number on the site, so how is one supposed to explain the problem to them via email which they reply back when they get a chance to. Now, lets get back to the Expert, he before even coming said that I have to pay a service charge first. So I did. He came took a look at the refrigerator and within a minute said that the problem is with the thermal fuse. So, naturally I asked him to replace that and he did and charged me for that as well. This whole ordeal took him less than 5 minutes. Now, he asked me to keep the refrigerator running for about 3 hrs before putting anything in and I did and nothing happened. So, I called him back he said don't worry it will happen. Again, nothing happened. So, I now I called him back and now I have to go over this once again and have to pay them once again. This is the reason why everyone absolutely hates big companies. I will be sharing this on my facebook and twitter, @rathii_nitesh

                                      Had lodged complaint of cooling issues with the companies service centre on 12th June 2021 their engineer came and changed some COR BOX RCCV a kind of circuit behind the fridge . Then fridge was cooling good till the same issue arrived on 15th June 2021.
                                      After buying a new brand refrigerator on 20th December 2020 of Rs: 35581. Within 6 Months tenure we had to get the fridge repaired twice for the same cooling issue. Is such kind of services provided by Croma after providing the reference number for our complaint (BOF-260621FS01537) on 26th June still the issues are not been resolved nor by Croma Borivali nor by the manufacturer of the refrigerator WHIRLPOOL INDIA. After the engineer too complained to the company that the issue cant be resolved. Please we need a replacement or any other model of the same company which is working in good condition...

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have raised service request for my washing machine on 16thMay2021, service team responded with the spare part unavailability. So I requested them to order giving them the sufficient info asked by them. I have been following up with service team for many times and calling the whirlpool customer care eneded with service guy bringing up of wrong spare part (part of another model washing machine), which is on July 3rd 2021 (Approx 50days after raising complaint). Now the problem comes to beginning stage again and service manager is asking for more time for getting correct spare parts. As per him, it is being hard for team to get the spare parts for this semi-automatic machine, which is running model around 4 years old, I could see same model in Amazon and other both offline and online stores.
                                        So, how can households survive with 2/3months period without washing machine?

                                        Please resolve this issue and let me let me resolution by dailing to [protected], we will buy another brand of washing machine if you're not willing to do service to customers (We are loyal customers for more than 25 years).
