So I had purchased a refrigerator in 2019, and it's already causing problems. The top half, i.e. the freezer was getting cold but not as much and the bottom half nothing. So I called whirlpool and they sent their "EXPERT". First lets talk about the fact that neither the message service mentioned on the official site for customer complaints is working, nor is the phone number on the site, so how is one supposed to explain the problem to them via email which they reply back when they get a chance to. Now, lets get back to the Expert, he before even coming said that I have to pay a service charge first. So I did. He came took a look at the refrigerator and within a minute said that the problem is with the thermal fuse. So, naturally I asked him to replace that and he did and charged me for that as well. This whole ordeal took him less than 5 minutes. Now, he asked me to keep the refrigerator running for about 3 hrs before putting anything in and I did and nothing happened. So, I called him back he said don't worry it will happen. Again, nothing happened. So, I now I called him back and now I have to go over this once again and have to pay them once again. This is the reason why everyone absolutely hates big companies. I will be sharing this on my facebook and twitter, @rathii_nitesh
