I purchased a Refrigerator from the showroom on 20.05.2018 and due to a problem with the functioning of the Refrigerator I made my complaint on 04.07.2021 by mentioning the problem and a Technician visited and raised a service report stating that two parts have to be replaced. Believing his version, I paid Rs.2380/- for the same and accordingly he replaced the parts but the issues were not resolved. As such I called him on the same day but in vain and again I called him on 05.07.2021 for the same issue but it was not resolved..
Even after raising the service report and collecting the amount of Rs.2380/- the issues were not resolved despite many calls to resolve the issues. Since, it was not resolved on 05.07.2021 I have been informed that senior technician will visit and resolve the issues, it seems that the technician who rendered service (very poor service) was an experiment on my Refrigerator and clearly evident a very bad and poor quality service.
Further, despite many complaints and calls from 05.07.2021 to 12.07.2021, the matter is being dodging on one or the other pretext and deficiency and poor quality of service is being given which is causing mental agony, loss and sufferings to me.
Therefore, I lost complete hope that whirlpool will provide better service as such after lapse of 9 days also no proper service is given despite amount paid by me. Thus, whirlpool is liable to pay the damages and compensation for the loss caused to me and further, I will take timely appropriate steps for the deficiency of service. I reserve all my rights to be raised in an appropriate timely manner.
