[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — complaint letter for ac not working

With all due respect, i am writing this letter with a complaint regarding your services. Since the past 4 years, the ac installed in my master bedroom has not been working properly. Its gas get leaked every year and it stop cooling. The day when the ac was installed, the gas got leaked the same day. Every year your technician visit at my house refill the gas and even kept the ac in under their supervision in service centre for twice in last year. Even after that the machine could not be repaired.

However, since the last month, it hasn't been cooling the room properly. I called your customer care helpline & office to ask someone for help and they assured me they would send someone to fix the problem. No one has come to see the problem yet and it is very hard for us to sit in my bedroom without cooling due to the immense heat. I have been using your services for a long time and am well aware of your professionalism when it comes to working. I am not getting any respone from your service centre as well as from your area manager. They are not receiving my phone calls. It seem like they don't want to see my ac.

I have already book my complaint in consumer forum. My complaint number is 1408212.
