[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Complaint regarding replacement of damaged refrigerator

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that the whirlpool Refrigerator which has been bought in the month of October from the shop against the invoice No.1786 dated 29th October 2016 is damaged. In this regard I would like to submit few lines for your kind consideration.

· Refrigerator was bought in off season so the box was not opened during winter season. When it was opened one sticker was found at very odd place.

· After removal of sticker one large dent was found over there .

. Whirlpool deliberately made the dent hidden by the sticker so that they can cheat on consumer.

. Mails were sent to the helpdesk of WHIRLPOOL but no action was taken yet.When i called to Mr. Ankur Dubey on[protected] at 11.32 am dated[protected] then another mobile number [protected] was given but the concern person is not taking calls.

All these are causing great inconvenience and I feel cheated. I, therefore, request you to take legal action against the WHIRLPOOL.Thak You

I got the call from your executive (Mr.Ashok) and i was requested to send the details on his mail ID.I sent the mail with all supportive documents but till the time i did not get any response from him.i have sent two reminders as well on the same mail ID.I am really fed up with the service of WHIRLPOOL and it is the height of irresponsibility of WHIRLPOOL.Executives are unable to understand the depth of the case.They always speak learned script.There must be some executive who can understand the case and behave like a human not ROBOT who always speak learned script. Further it is requested to resolve the issue on top priority.

I recently purchased a 6kg front loading washing machine on 22/9/2021 from Pittappillil agencies in Kerala.The red door lock sign has malfunctioned multiple times 7 times in 8 weeks.The error is intermittent.
The service centre has attended my home 7 times for the complaint, changed door lock, sensor etc of the brand new washing machine.It has malfunctioned again on 20/11/21, previously repaired on 6/11/21.Its causing a lot of difficulty.I have used washing machines for over 30years and have always trusted whirlpool.But the current situation is very terrible.Kindly do the needful to replace the malfunctioning product with a washing machine that works properly.
