Your service centre sent some cool my apps vendor, who charged me hefty price for timer ₹2500/-, fuse system ₹ 350/-, bio sensor-₹450/-, service charge ₹400/-.

Service date is[protected] with in 12 days again my refrigerator stopped working. Vendor - cool my apps.

Kindly need justice and get rectified as early as possible.

      My Whirlpool washing machine, Model number "Explore 1055 LCS" is not working since Feb 2017. I have done around 6 times complaints to Ranchi, Jharkhand repair center and main whirlpool repair center both thru phone and inperson but whirlpool technicians are unable to resolve the problem neither the customer care team of whirlpool is able to help me to get the machine repaired. The technician said that RAT has cut the wire and they have to also change the gasket, they informed me that they will order gasket and will replace but its 1 month already neither the wiring is fixed NOR the gasket replacement happened. After several follow up to Ranchi repair center and main head quarter, still they are unable to fix the issue.

      The Ranchi repair center team is also insisting me to leave the machine with them forever as they are saying that this problem will not be fixed, they are suggesting me to buy another machine thru them. I am unable to understand for such a minor issue why i will leave the machine which has cost me RS 29900 in August 2013 .Whirlpool customer care manager has informed me that they will resolve case in 24 hours but still service is pending.The cost of washing machine is Rs 29990/ but company is unable to give the service.

      Please help me in resolution of my problem

            My name is vishal singh resident of hyderabad. We bought an ac and en route installation. However, just wanted to appraise vendor partner for sure not to living whirpool values.
            Sequence of events:
            1) we bought ac on friday 24 march,
            2) placed call on same day to toll free [protected] and registered
            3) toll free gave contact for authorized number for hyd[protected]. Spoke to lady by name sunita
            4) all pains started from here. Complete breach of all values... She said she will call in 5 minutes and never returned calls, on contrary tried calling more than 200 time she did not have etiquette to answer / return sms.

            Am frustrated to extent to return the equipment. Please help me with contact details for some one form whirpool india to appraise same

              We have purchased AC two weeks back. Your service person came and fixed the AC Indoor and out door units. While testing the machine was not worked properly. Till now nobody is responded from your team. This is total irresponsibility from Whirlpool. How many days I have wait after purchasing AC.                 I am very said to say that i purchased whirlpool w. m from jaipur and in 1 year 4_5 times i locked complain and service eng.. attend but as per service manager and his system in 11months i locked only 2 times my complained now my first point is as customer i am wrong or he is wright?

                Now again my machine is not working and part is unavailable so i have to wait.
                Now my second question is if i purchased new w. m why i have to wait

                  I had purchased a Refrigerater from Whirlpool last Year. Afer completion of one year warranty I am getting regular calls since last few months from[protected] Their call center for an extended AMC.
                  It is SHEER HARASSMENT.
                  Despite telling them that I do not want an AMC they are persistently calling again and again which highly irritating.
                  I am one customer who will never purchase or recommend a whirlpool product just because of the SHEER NUISANCE VALUE of these Unsolicited Calls.

                  The Calls have again started. I cannot understand that despite my telling them that I do not want an AMC or an extended warranty --why are they harassing me on my registered mobile which is incidentally also registered on DND. There was a call from 911149715600 on 31st Aug 2017 . There were 2 calls from 911146366700 and 911133018700.on 14th Sept 2017. There were 3 calls from 911130634200 on 4th Oct 2017. The above are those which I have remembered and identified, besides others which have been summarily dismissed. My contention about this company is CORRECT that the WHIRLPOOL team is simply harassing their customers merely to fulfill their collection targets. I have many other products from Reputed brands but none of them have stooped to this low. The only reminder that I receive is an Email or an sms and that too only once. None of them have been so shamelessly and irritatingly proactive. But what they don't understand is that they are doing more harm to the brand than any good. What good is the so called assurance of the Whirlpool support.

                    I purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator ff450eltprof carbon finish on 27.06.2009

                    The fridge was working fine till december 2016. Due to overcooling and auto cooling system was not working properly i gave complaint to toll free no[protected]. Based on the complaint engineers from sri sai service attended the job and changed the core board and ui board as per job no 015446 dated 21.12.2016. I have paid rs 4950 for the part and also service charge rs 400.
                    I regret to point out that the fridge is not working alright and there is no cooling effect as on date.in the meantime i gave several complaints to the service center and the engineers who attended the job are unable to rectify the defect. I am giving below the complaint no details.

                      I bought my washing machine for my parents with a tight hand and kept faith in the company like whirlpool. I don't know but in 4 months, something happened and it stopped working.

                      Nobody, No single person responding. I called Service center, Local agents, Sellet everyone. I am in small town and have to travel each day 30 km. They are not responding on calls as well. Its been 40 days and my mom is struggling.

                      I am also about to register police complain, I have call recorded. The repairer said he would come one week back and now he stopped responding.

                      Finally the issue has been resolved. Local vendors harrased me for a long time and I was socked to see their response and was thinking that Whirpool can not have such service. On last moment, Mr. Rajesh from Whirpool came in at coordinated everyone. I also got introduce with with senior technician and he was good on his job too. Mr. Rajesh took personal interest on this urgent support and resolved the issue in 24 hours. I am delighted to receive such a good support from Mr. Rajesh and Whirpool. Hope you will take necessary action of technician who provides false report without testing the bug and keep us waiting all the time. Thank you Mr. Rajesh and Thank you Whirpool customer support team. You are awsome

                      Promised me to resolved it by today EOD. The part which needs to be replaced is already available since last few days. Hope somebody will install it by EOD.

                      If he is below person, Please force him twice. He is useless man and I have recorded calls as well to prove my words. He don't know any function in machine and rude, Never respond calls as well.

                        Respected Sir,

                        We bought whirlpool split A/C on 19/05/2015 (Invoice #: [protected]) and we used only for 15 months, later we did not use due to climate change. Recently we applied for "Whirlpool Home care plan - "AMC"" on 02/01/2017, but mechanic checked and informed that indoor coil is not working.

                        Before Whirlpool, we used LG AC for 10 years and we have been suggested about whirlpool company. Then we changed LG AC & bought Whirlpool AC.

                        But we did not get any service within warranty period and we did not actually benefitted. I request you to kindly do the needful by taking above statement in your reconsideration. Also I would like to mention that we are from middle family and we cannot buy an another new AC within 3 years.

                          "water leaking".We complaint your customer service through toll free number[protected] and your technician came same day and taken 1000rs for a part named thermostate to replace the item.He says that he will come tomarrow to rectifie the problem but a technician named as 'maqsood' was came after a week dated on 24/2/2017 came and replace the item assured that no problem will be arised upto 3yrs, the dates between complaint and part replaced we had been made request calls many times to your nellore service center but they were not responded, aftr replacing the same day on the rplacing part the problem again arised with in 2hrs immediatly we called and told the problem which arised the technician who replaced it.The man answered that i will come tomarrowto check the problem but he didn't come tomarrow after we make many calls he said that we were unable to repair the problem and received cash by me 1600rs(1250+350 part cost and service charge)will be refunded tomarrow and advised us repair the problem with a local mechanic, until now from the item replacement date 24/2/2017 your service technician didn't lift the calls anymore.So we requested you to rectifiy the problem with in 24hrs from now otherwise we will go to police station to complaint and going to take legal action against on whirlpool company and nellore service center.We will demanded at the consumers forum t the new fridge instead of your failure fridge, we also under the warrenty coverage period."last but not least your service is tooo worst i ever see".Thanking you sir.U vara prasad

                            Hi,
                            my washing machine inlet pipe had some problem and hence raised a complaint with whirlpool service center by calling[protected]. They raised complaint Rf121888. They informed it will be closed in 24hours. Evening 2 guys came and dismantled the machine and left telling inlet valve and pipe has to be replaced and they will come in the evening again. They came next day and replaced items and gave me a hand written bill of 2800(inlet pipe set and value) + 450 (labour charge). I trusted them and paid. It after they left i checked online for the price of the items they replaced. It is much less, coming around 1000 rupees only. The bill is issued by Global Service center, 103, 3rd Main, JP nagar post, Minhaj nagar, Bangalore.Then i called the number given in the bill Ashfaq([protected]) who told the guy who came to my house is not his technician and he has not issued the bill.He asked me to tell the technician to refund the amount. I called them again and tried conferencing them, but it didn't work. Technician([protected]) informed me he will speak to ashfaq and call me back. Now both of them are not picking. I called Whirlpool service call center[protected] again to inform this, they said they cannot do anything as they trust the service centers. When i enquired about the service center (Global service center who issued bill), customer care executive told it is not authorized whirlpool service center. If they are not authorized why did whirlpool call center forwarded my request to some one who is not authorized to take the request.

                            Even I faced the same problem with the service center[protected]‎. They are refusing to issue the bill. Please don't contact such service centers.It would be good if such service centers stop functioning.
                            They are cheating like anything very worst. Took money and did provide bill and didnt proper service.

                            Its almost a month still didnt get the refund its full fraud i dont know what is the further processing
                            Am cheated by this service center... very worst and poor ... Don't call this customer support[protected].. more than 1months problem not yet resolved.. They are not providing the refund money..he took my old PC board and They changed new PC board... New PC board was around 5600.. with service charge I have paid 5900.. and then he took electric kit and motor... but refix the everything but still it's not working... if we ask for older PC board he is not ready to give.. his bill is hand written..He didn't have original bill copy from where he bought new PC board... Plz guys stop calling this number[protected].. cheating guys...

                              A complaint was registered at whirlpool customer care on 24/10/2016 vide complaint no. DL[protected] as there was beep followed by flickering of lights and there was no cooling in the refrigerator. The technician visited and advised for the following for which he charged Rs.5710/-:

                              1. Replacement of Stabilizer costing Rs.1900/-
                              2. Replacement of Sensor costing Rs.1650/-
                              3. Gas filling costing Rs.1650/-
                              4. Visit charges Rs.510/-

                              But the same problem reoccurred for which complaint no. DL[protected] was lodged on 04/11/2016, DL[protected] on 07/11/2016. The different technicians visited . But original problem reoccurred.

                              Another complaint no. DL[protected] was registered on 15/12/2016. The technician visited and replaced Bimetal costing Rs.1750/- along with visit charges of Rs.510/-. Total amount paid by me Rs.2210/-. As cost of Bimetal charged from me was Rs.1750/- against the company price of Rs.1000/-. A complaint was lodged for overcharging and the service centre refunded Rs.750/-.

                              The same problem reoccurred almost after every 10-15 days for which complaint was lodged on 31/12/2016-DL [protected], complaint no. DL[protected] lodged on 09/01/2017, DL[protected] dated 24/01/2017, DL[protected] on 07/02/2017. Then the complaint was referred to national level complaint centre of whirlpool . The matter was followed by Mr. Daljeet Chopra for approx. 3 weeks during which 3-4 technicians visited. But no solution. The complaint was referred to Mr. Avinash Sindhi as Mr. Daljeet left the company. Mr. Avinash too deputed 3-4 technicians . But no one could identify/rectify the problem. Even yesterday technician Mr. Amit Sharma visited .But he too could not help to rectify the problem.

                              From the above, it transpires that a professional company like Whirlpool has no competent Engineer who could identify/rectify the problem .

                              It also implies and it is very much clear that the parts changed/ gas filled by the company for which I have been charged Rs.7220/- .

                              Please arrange to refund Rs.7220/- charged from me for the parts which otherwise should had not replaced due to the fact that original problem has not been resolved.

                                  Purchased last year on 21-Feb16 at Chennai dealer (Vasanth & Co.), the oven started getting shutdown after every 30 seconds.
                                  We complained on 15th and technician checked after couple days and told us that magnet or something is gone and will be replaced.
                                  Till date not repaired even after so many follow ups.

                                    I bought this whirlpool air conditioner online for which I called customer care for the installtion. The customer care sent two people, one named Arif (Phn# [protected]) who installed the air conditioner wrong which all messed up making noise and water leaking into my room.

                                    I have tried calling them multiple times for getting this fixed but no response and also they took money from me for installations and other material even when my installation was meant to be free.

                                    I need to get this fixed or will file another complaint to the police for forgery against the technician.
