On 25 Feb 2017 I bought the item from Bajaj Electronics in Hyderabad and I saw many scratches on its body. I told the shop for that. Having scratches on a brand new product is not at all desirable to us. We still did not even use it.

I want to give complaint against the quality of Whirlpool washing machine and the service that they are providing. I purchased this washing machine 6 years ago and it has gone for repair 7 times!! They charge Rs.458 as a visiting charge and if any part has to be replaced, it is charged extra. As there was no cooling in the refrigerator, i registered a complaint with customer care vide complaint no. Dl[protected] on 24/10/2016. The technician from the authorized service centre visited and informed that :
