[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Dealer denying to provide duplicate bill | |||
Hi, My name is Shyamendra Mohan Srivastava me and my wife Smiti Gupta have bought a refrigerator in December 2010.By coincidence i have lost the bill and now no details of purchase is available with us.We have also started facing issue with compressor so wanted a duplicate bill for availing replacement warranty for compressor.However the dealer from where we bought is showing no interest to look into request and help. Refrigerator was delivered at : 40 B Surya Appartment Kalkaji Extension New Delhi Please assist me to provide the duplicate copy of bill in order i can get stamp on my warranty card from Dealer.
