[Resolved] Whirlpool India — demanded 2200/- for under warranty microwave oven

I purchased whirlpool microwave from sargam electronics on 19 jan 2016, preet vihar delhi and the product was sold with 5 years warranty which includes 4 years magnetron and 1 year for body, now my product is under warranty and customer service agent confirmed the same as i have recorded conversation but their technician is demanding 2200/- for magnetron as the same is not covered anymore in warranty.

Whirlpool India Customer Care's response Dear Team,

We got it checked with the service team and confirmed that we have shared the required charges with the customer but he is denying for the services.and repaired his appliance locally.
