I have called a customer care regarding my whirlpool (220 litre) fridge repair of single door on 06/04/2018, sunday one of the representative who has deputed khushi enterprise, shop no.12, green park, near iob bank, shahtsri nagar, vasai (West) - 401202. After inspection, the service engineer has told us that two parts has to be get replaced they are thermostat and relay and total cost includes rs.2, 200/- (Including their service charges of rs.431/-). I have paid them all the charges and they raised the invoice no. 379 dtd. 06/04/2018., after 3 hours the fridge has stopped working and again they have been called by me again they have a told that thermostat is working properly but other parts has to be replaced. They have charged timer for rs.850/-, biometer rs.650/-, bulb rs. 50/- and tutor rs. 1450/- amounted to rs.3000/- added total of rs. 5200/-. They also not given me the original bill as well as receipt for the same. However on verification with the market price the charge for the parts was found to be three to four times more. I would request you to call the agency appointed by whirlpool india, as no original bills and receipts was submitted to us. Was this information helpful? |
