[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — extremely unprofessional and untrained technicians sent from authorized service center

This is regarding to my whirlpool washing machine recent repairing service, I have a fairly good experience with my washing machine this was the first time in 9 years that i suffered any problem with the machine, in fact I was planning to buy whirlpool washing machine only for my new house but the recent experience with Whirlpool's authorized service center washed away all my good opinions about it. My machine started giving PE error code on 8-7-18 and it was a Sunday so complain got registered on Monday 9-7-18, so on Tuesday the technician came from authorized service center of Kota, "Sai Service Care, 22, Kalawati Paliwal Market, Ground floor, Gumanpura, Kota-324007, So when the technicians came the machine showed no error code, now i told the technician that "pe" means something is related to voltage as mentioned in the booklet that comes with the machine(as mentioned in booklet: PE- error code in Digital display/Beep signal- Is the line voltage less than 160V AC, if so machine will automatically recover if the voltage increases 165V AC), and voltage in the house is coming ok as all other appliances are working, and when he started machine just with water filled in it it was showing no error so I was satisfied that it was just voltage issue and it has resolved by itself so I gave him the satisfaction code. Again on Thursday when I started the machine same error PE was showing, I made a video of that and sent to that technician (rabbani), he gave me his personal number so that in future if I have any problems regarding machine I can personally call him without involving service center, so i sent him the video and now he declared on phone without checking voltage or even machine again that the "pcb" panel will be replaced, so as usual we thought the technician knows best and we told him ok, same afternoon another technician came and he replaced "pcb" without even checking the machine or "voltage", I am marking and laying emphasis on voltage b'coz as per the booklet "pe" error is related to voltage problem. So he replaced "pcb panel" and he said that he needs some jig sort of thing to install it and he don't have it at the moment, so he said another technician will come and place it. So after sometime another pair of technicians came and leave pcb voltage problem and every other thing apart he tells me new thing that machine's pressure sensor will be replaced and he will replace it without bill as it will cost us less, my husband says ok, so he replaced pressure censor and he says now machine is fine but as soon as he leaves the house water starts overflowing from machine and we call him back to complain, and he says that the problem is coming coz parts are new so basically he thought that I am highest level of fool, so by now machine's pcb and pressure sensor got replaced and still machine is showing "pe" error, so now the technician who replaced pressure sensor tell me that there will be problem with the new pcb they have installed and they will check it again, so by now its saturday and he come n checks and tells me that the problem was with the new pcb and when i got angry at him that they are taking all this as a joke he tells me its not his fault as he was not the one who replaced pcb, now again another new pcb is installed and as soon as he left the house, the machine was on at that time as i want it to finish that entire cycle so as to check it properly, smoke starts coming out of the new pcb panel, now i was really angry and we talked to the owner and he tells us to relax and informs us that he will send a higher level technician, now who was the higher level technician that same person who installed that first faulty pcb, without even checking that was there any problem with machine's original pcb and without checking voltage and in short without even checking the anything, so that was higher level technician now he asks me if i have any stabilizer coz they want to check the voltage, so one can now imagine the heights of my anger that being a client being a layman i am telling them that pe error is related to some voltage problem but now after changing 2 parts of machine wasting 4 days they come to a conclusion that its something related to voltage, its either high or low, so again another technician come and checks voltage and it shows high voltage, so now they tell us to buy a stabilizer for that, I was so angry that i got into a heated argument with the owner of service center and that first technician(rabbani) in front of his owner says that i confirmed him that the voltage is fine, mind you without any stabilizer or anything i can do that(sarcasm)and these learned technician they don't have a process, the process they follow is to replace every part they have simply a doubt about and keep on replacing them keep on charging the client for these parts and in the end just say that after nine years of working this washing machine now needs a separate stabilizer.
Still today 16-7-18 machine is not repaired. Now I have a question that i want to ask these high level people at whirlpool, do u really hate the fact that we bought whirlpool's product and if you provide your authorized service center to people who misguide users charge them money mindlessly and tell us basically that we are extremely foolish to call service center when in fact we should call these same technicians personally so they can nourish their own personal income at our expense, at the expense of whirlpool customers who place their trust in your company.
I feel betrayed, i feel after this endless drama that it was a blunder that i called authorized service center when in its place i should have called a technician from market it would have cost us much less money, saved our time, saved us from all the inconvenience that i suffered and my machine would be working by now and I also mind you didn't have to listen from these so called high level technicians and owner talk to me in degraded manner.
Till now on repairs i have paid 450(service charge)+3450(pcb)+950(pressure sensor)+200(some solution for cleaning the machine)and now when we will install a stabilizer). so that's the process whirlpool's high level technicians at authorized service center works. when i call i person from market for some problem regarding any home appliance ac, refrigerator, plumbing etc this is how an ordinary technician works, first they check everything then they let us know what the problem is and why it happened and then if we want to install a new part or repair the old one and in the end but most important a rough estimate of overall expenditure.
Whirlpool's top authority tell your technicians and service center owners to stop torturing consumers and stop filling their own pockets.
In the end I want to mention this fact that i didn't know that the pcb or pressure sensor that was replaced were damaged in the beginning or they were damaged because of experimentation and not diagnosing the problem at the initial level. I want that service center owner and its technicians to be punished so that this doesn't happens to any other customer.
