[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Fault in Fridge costing Rs. 40,000 after 2 months

Sir/Mam, I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator "PRO 355 Elite 3S Alpha Steel(I)(340 Ltr" two months back. It was assumed that this brand will be excellent for me... Unfortunately the cooling of this fridge became very within this period and I lodged complaint for it. The executive of company visited and told that module is not working. (I don't know --what is this). Any way the point is that this expensive machine gets disturbed with two months what will be the future of this??? I request you to please replace not only faulty part but whole fridge for our satisfaction. I will never recommend to others to buy Whirlpool fridge in future. I was having LG fridge for last 12 years and I was very happy and sold this year. Please accept my request and replace my fridge urgently. Regards Regards!!
