[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — faulty gearbox replacement machine noisy

Updated by amitop I have fully auto washing machine. Gear box faulty change. Machine making noise. I feel cheated by authorised workshop of whirlpool.

Every time I call them up they promise to send someone, but they do not thereafter.

Extremely poor after sales service.

Highly incompetent staff, changed the gear box for Rs 5000/- now not repairing the fault gear box.

Updated by amitop The complaint still remains unresolved. The machine is making lot of noise and the drain pipe has come out from inside. Water coming out directly. It may result in electric shock to the user.
The complaint was registered on the toll free number yesterday wherein it was promised that a local vendor will come for repairs. He called up. The vendor has declined repairs today stating that it is not his responsibility as the area in which I live does not fall under his jurisdiction. The mobile number of the vendor is [protected] and the mechanic [protected].

Please do needful or decline repairs so that we can proceed further to Company leadership. Feeling like being cheated a prestigious Company like Whirlpool time and again.

It is advised not to maintain your toll free Number as it has no control over your service industry and vendors. Evolve a robust and effective system.
