I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have been facing with my Whirlpool refrigerator, which has become a cause of concern for me.
Over the past four months, my refrigerator's compressor has malfunctioned twice. I appreciate that the compressor replacement has been covered under warranty, and I thank you for that. However, what has become a matter of disappointment for me is the need for gas refill on both occasions.
On April 26, 2023, when the compressor malfunctioned for the first time, I incurred a gas refill charge of Rs. 2600. Unfortunately, the situation has repeated itself, and just recently, on August 28, 2023, the compressor has malfunctioned once again. I have been informed that I will need to pay an additional Rs. 2600 for the gas refill this time as well.
I understand that wear and tear can occur over time, but having two compressor failures within a span of just a few months, along with the associated gas refill charges, is causing significant inconvenience and financial strain. As a loyal customer of Whirlpool, I believe in the quality of your products and services. However, this recurring issue has left me questioning the reliability of the refrigerator.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could review my case and provide a solution that ensures the longevity and proper functioning of my refrigerator without incurring further unexpected expenses.
I have attached copies of the previous service requests, invoices, and warranty details for your reference. Your prompt attention to this issue will go a long way in restoring my confidence in your brand.
