I bought the Whirlpool double door Refrigerator 1.5 years back and it's compressor got fused. After logging the complaint one representative came and checked and said that the compressor and PCB needs to be changed and u wil get the replacement within 3 days. His name was Nitin from Pune. It's been now 9 days no one ever called and came home for troubleshooting. He said that bcoz of voltage fluctuate the compressor got fused, When we said to the representative that the product is on invertor technology how can it get impacted like this. He said no it will keep on happening and also he forced us to buy a add on stabilizer which we denied. Since 9 days we are following up with them over the call and today on 9th day this guys are saying that the complaint is closed as the representative came to your place and you didn't attend him.. Whirlpool people are big "LIARs". Worst post sale service, pathetic representatives, worst product, gold diggers, I would always prefer LG ove Whirlpool and would recommend every one not to buy Whirlpool products.
