Dear sir, we've been using whirlpool top load washing machine from close to three years.

Right from the beginning, the machine is making slight noise during spinning/rinsing. We have called whirlpool technician couple of times (During warranty period) and the technician said this noise is not a problem and can be used without any hesitation.in fact, apart from noise, there is no problem in washing efficiency and from then onwards...

I raise complaint on 4th oct 2019, technician visit and found gear box change with new. I am pay Rs.3050 for AMC in March 2019, while paying AMC every complaint done at home, but now machine bring service point at Phanindra services, guntur .
I am not accept this solution they have not refund my AMC and not solve my machine problem. worst service...

Purchased fully automatic washing machine 3 yrs back, which had 10 yr warranty. The machine purchased for rs.24 k. It started troubling after 8 months. Later i have got it repairerd at service center. Harshita services authorised service center at vishakhapatnam. I have paid for repair expenses due to wiring issues, motor issues and every part. And made me pay rs 12k approximately for 3 complaints and they were least bithered....

My fridge is not cooling properly. I need to switch off it every 3rd day to make it work properly. I complained on oct 1. A service person came and took around 700/- for repair but after 1 week again the problem persisted. He didn't turn up after that. Technician came to our house 12/07/2017 he just saw the ac where likage is from and told washing charge and gas charge. It was huge so i told that charges are more so i told that i dont need service. Then he asked for service charge of rs 531. Just visiting our place cost us rs.531. It is not fair. Company should lower the charges and they can charge visiting charge of 100 or 150.
