                      1. Branded installer never reached out to me after the delivery as is promised by your Brand Whirlpool along with Amazon.
                      2. Once I started a complaint with Amazon after multiple follow ups and calls with your Brand (Whirlpool) approved installer they came for installation.
                      3. On the day of the installation (and worth mentioning the exorbitant charges they demanded and leveraged our situation in making us pay them those rates) for the 3 ACs. Does Whirlpool have any checks and balances to make sure customers are nor getting cheated with overpriced installation rates?
                      4. They mentioned the problem with the 4th AC missing parts and suggested that as this happens very often from Whirlpool other customers pay additionally for the missing parts to them (the installers) to complete the installation. Worth mentioning they demanded an additional ₹3500 for the missing parts to which I objected and considered contacting you instead. I mentioned that I would like to hear from Whirlpool first on the resolution before getting the installation done for this problem AC .
                      Please note I also requested them multiple times to contact you from my place to describe the situation as they are your certified technicians and the problem will be better resolved if they call you and give you the exact details of the missing parts, also as a customer my expectation is if a brand certified technician is performing an installation they should be able to contact you and resolve any such issue and not me as a customer to reach out to you ( which I must say was a nightmare)
                      5. On this decision of mine the manager Hari Babu and his associate were infuriated and became abusive as I refused to get their solution before getting your feedback. They left and kind of warned us that they would not be able to do anything on the installation for the AC with missing parts once they left the site. Please note after this statement and aggressive behavior I had no option but to contact another local technician to get this done at my own expense. I literally had no choice as with the saga of channels, media and failed whatsapp service you have set up in place which does not work I lost my faith that this will ever get resolved.
                      6. Now once I was able to raise the flag with this complaint to bring this to your attention they showed up this morning mentioning they can do the installation, when I already got this done from another installer.

                      I want to make sure you have the entire correct history for your record.
                      As a Brand, how do you think you will compensate me as a customer is what I would like to hear. But I would definitely want you to respond.

                      This is a terrible overall experience with Whirlpool as a brand and I expect your response and necessary action for the situation that was created assuming you do care about your customers.

                          The lower arm of my whirlpool dishwasher is not working. For which your service team came & checked. Then they said it cannot be replaced, so you can return the machine.
                          For which many emails & WhatsApp msgs have been exchanged. Last I was asked for a video. That also I sent & I was told commercial approval is also done but till date no refund is processed & no one has picked up the machine. I register complaint they just close it without solving the problem.

                            I am constrained to express my displeasure and resentment at the supply of a defective refrigerator. I bought a Whirlpool IFPRO INV CNV 278-2S/262 LTR Ref -Belle Epoque Refrigerator from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd. on 08 June 2023. I am sorry to say that the refrigerator didn’t give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service even for a few days. Within a few days its started making loud noises from Freezer section of the refrigerator. So I have raised 1st service ticket from Whirlpool India having service request no. (KOL[protected]) on[protected]. Mechanic came for the visit on[protected] and after a minute or so he advised us to shut down the refrigerator for 1 day and then start the same and check whether problem is solved or not. We did the same but problem was still there with an additional issue of lower refrigerator not getting adequate cooling. So I raised my 2nd service ticket on 18th July 2023 for the cooling issue in refrigerator and making very loud noises sometimes. The Engineer visited on 19th July and informed us that some parts needs to be replaced. And he will do the same on few days. We need to keep the fridger shut off for 1 day prior to his visit. But after that we did not hear from him till date. So, we have again raised the concerned to the whirlpool team on 25th July 2023 seeking their help as this is new refrigerator, they assured us that the problem will be solved within 10 days as they are escalating the issue with concerned team. But we did not get any response from anyone for few days. So, we raised the concerned to the Whirlpool Customer care again on[protected]. They gave me the no for Head Engineer (Kolkata) Soumyaditya Roy. And after communicating with his team, they told me that by[protected] they will try to solve the issue. Till today I have not heard anything from them.
                            Please do the needful and extend the warranty for the time the device is unrepaired. And If parts are not available, please replace the same.

                            From the moment I have purchased this device I cannot enjoy the same as every few days I have to raise a complain.

                              Dear Team,

                              We have been facing the issue from very first day of buying the refrigerator of Whirlpool India. It was never expected that Whirlpool India company who is the big brand of India is doing fraud with their innocent customers who is spending lots of money for buying new products.

                              We bought the refrigerator on 3rd July with model number FP3430 from the dealer [New Bercos] at West Patel Nagar. At the time of buying this product it was confirmed and committed by the dealer that this is the best refrigerator you can buy and we bought. But after installing the same product it has started creating issues with Gas, Cooling, Switch off and On automatically. And after complaining to the dealer they advised that it can happen in normal way and sent engineer more than 7-8 times in last 30 days to fill up the Gas.
                              Hence, for this behaviour of the dealer and company, we want to file the case against them.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Whirlpool Support Ticket #: HYD[protected]

                                I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Whirlpool, a reputed home appliance manufacturer, regarding a series of issues with a product I purchased from them through Amazon. Despite my efforts to seek a resolution directly with the company, they have failed to address the problems in a satisfactory manner.

                                The product in question is a Whirlpool 330 L Frost Free Multi-Door refrigerator, which I purchased on 06/15/2022. From the very beginning, the refrigerator has exhibited numerous defects, requiring frequent repairs every year. This ongoing issue has caused considerable inconvenience and financial burden, leading me to believe that the product is inherently defective.

                                My interactions with Whirlpool's support team have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The representatives have consistently been unable to provide adequate answers to my questions and concerns, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. To make matters worse, my conversation with the Area Service Manager escalated to an extremely unprofessional level when they abruptly hung up on me, stating that service would only be provided at an additional cost, without offering any logical explanation or solution.

                                In an attempt to seek transparency and protect my rights as a consumer, I requested the support specialist handling my call to provide a recording of our conversation. This recording was crucial for me to file a complaint with the consumer court. Shockingly, the specialist claimed not to know the procedure to obtain the recording and failed to provide any assistance. Instead, she threatened to disconnect the call if I persisted with my inquiry, and ultimately, she did hang up on me.

                                After an unacceptable waiting period of one week, a technician finally visited my premises to investigate the ongoing issues with the refrigerator. The technician confirmed that the compressor is defective and requires replacement, which Whirlpool has agreed to provide free of cost. However, I was informed that I would need to bear additional expenses for re-filling the gas and changing the filter, which are essential components related to the compressor replacement. The estimated cost of approximately 3000Rs for these additional services, apart from the service charges, is entirely unjustified.

                                Whirlpool advertises a 10-year warranty on the compressor, but the current warranty policy is deeply flawed. It is evident that changing the compressor necessitates associated services such as gas re-filling and filter replacement, and these expenses should rightfully be covered by Whirlpool. The company's reluctance to acknowledge this discrepancy is both disappointing and unfair to customers like me, who have placed their trust in the brand.

                                In light of these numerous grievances, I kindly request your intervention to address and resolve the following matters:

                                Ensure a full refund or replacement of the defective Whirlpool 330 L Frost Free Multi-Door refrigerator to rectify the recurring issues.
                                Direct Whirlpool to provide compensation for the inconvenience caused and the expenses incurred during the numerous repairs and ineffective customer service.
                                Direct Whirlpool to amend its warranty policy to include comprehensive coverage for all associated services when replacing faulty components under warranty.
                                Take appropriate action against Whirlpool for their negligent customer service practices, the unprofessional behavior of their representatives, and the inability to provide the requested call recording.
                                I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to expect products of high quality and reliable customer service from reputable brands like Whirlpool. The company's failure to meet these expectations has not only caused personal inconvenience but also raises concerns about the integrity of its business practices.

                                I sincerely hope that the Consumer Compliant team will undertake a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate actions to safeguard consumer rights and ensure fair treatment by businesses like Whirlpool.

                                I have enclosed copies of all relevant documents, including purchase receipts, warranty details, and communication with Whirlpool's support team, for your reference.

                                Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Consumer Court will address these issues promptly and effectively, delivering a just resolution.

                                  I have bought the Whirlpool refrigerator in the Month of Auguest 2014 from one of the Vivek's Store near Kundanahalli, Bangalore. Couple of days back, the compressor is gone and refrigerator is not working any more. Upon checking with Whirlpool Service team, they kept on asking for the bill for warrenty claim. As i lost the bill, i tried reaching the Vivek's showroom. But found-out that, they are not operational any more.

                                  The service engineer dined helping me on this and said, warrenty can be claimed only with Bill copy. I even tried telling that, the showroom is no longer functional, i am not able to provide the Bill copy. He then asked me to make the full payment for the compressor as well, which is still under warrenty.

                                  I even shared the Serial Number and Model Number of the refrigerator, to which he denied checking or helping.

                                    Hi Whirlpool, I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator in Mar, 2016 and now I have compressor problem. Due to unavailability of purchase bill, Whirlpool service team is not able to sort it and charging almost half price of refrigerator.
