Fridge excessive cooling & water leakage issue

Address: Home No 2518, 13th MAIN, A Block, AECS Layout Singasandra, Bangalore

Initial ticket BAN[protected] was raised on 6th May for no cooling issue. Initially it was declared that it is compressor issue. Later it was told that it is not compressor issue. Service engineer changed few parts and No cooling issue was resolved but caused another issue related to excessive cooling which is turning any liquid item into Ice in non-freezing zone of the fridge & spoiling everything.
Then thermo fuse part was changed...

Hi Team,

I have used the Whirlpool washing machine 6.5 kg fully automatic top load since past 3 yrs and 8 months. Washing machine Tub not rotating and checked with service engineer and reported that tub struck(not rotating) issue. For that we need to replace the below spares?? Gear box, Dry hub, Saden Block, Clutch set, Bearing SKF, Oil seal, Tub value - Complete set. This issue only happen due to Bearing Fault, but technician requesting to change all complete sets and cost around RS: 6000/-. This is not acceptable at all. Please check this complaint and resolve the issue at earliest.

So not recommended to buy an Whirlpool washing machine.

    Washing machine Noise due to bearing problem

    Hi All, I bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in 2017. From starting itself i started spending money for washing machine. In 2020 i got more noise in the machine. So I called service engineers, they told i have to change bearing for washing machine its cost around 4.5k. i asked them to change by warranty at free of cost. But they refused they said 10 yrs warranty for motor only... So I spent that amount for change...

    It is an online order in whirlpoolundia.com. The above order cancelled a weak back. But not given the refund. Multiple mails and phone calls does not give any result.
    Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Not sure if the customer service understands the issue. Waiting for refund, but they schedule a representative for installing the fridge which is never received.

        I had purchased a Whirlpool IntelliFresh 440L refrigerator on 18th Sep’22 from Croma Kalikapur outlet in Kolkata and since installation I am facing the not optimal cooling issue. Multiple times issues have been raised with Whirlpool but every time the service requests were closed stating the adjustment issue and since it was winter time and the food items were not getting perished as minimal cooling was happening and the outside temperature was also low. The auto Intellisense functionality was not working as per the expectation stated during the time of sale and demo. But this summer the food items started getting perished, ice creams are getting melted and the ice cubes are not forming. So once again I booked a technician visit both with CROMA & Whirlpool on 23rd May’23 with the service id details being mentioned in the subject line. On 24th May’23 the same technician visited and I explained and showed them the issue and they diagnosed the system as choked. But when I asked them to elaborate the issue they told me gas needs to be refilled as gas leakage is happening and another technician would visit to fix the same. Then I stated clearly that the product which is under warranty and having manufacturing defects need to be replaced and any short term is not acceptable since it may incur recurring cost in near future. I also explained to them that the same issue was highlighted multiple times earlier but every time the same got ignored but the technician started arguing stating that those were adjustment issues.

        I would request the management to look into the reported issue log since the date of product purchase for more details. I would also request both the Whirlpool & Croma management to look into the issue jointly and replace my damaged product immediately. The necessary bills and documents have been attached for your reference.

        My experience with Whirlpool after sales service is very bitter & horrible and in near future I would not go for Whirlpool products anymore and would not recommend the same to anyone.

          I have received a defective ac from Flipkart

          Order delivered on 27th april and today technician visited to my place on 9th May and he confirmed that the is cooling coil leakage in the machine. I requested for replacement as told by technician and logged a complaint on 10th May by calling Whirlpool customer care.
          But now they are telling me, Flipkart will replace my product, but Flipkart informed me to contact Whirpool as replacement policy period is already over. It's more than 13 days, I am not getting any resolution. I am unable to use it while paying a lumpsum money for the ac.

            I have bought a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on 15-Nov-2021 I would like to inform you since the time i have bought this product it is not working properly. we have raised numerous compliants in the first year of warranty itself.Is this the quality whirlpool is providing to its prestigious customers. We have also bought same product in october also but that product is working properly and nither we have raiseang complaint nor any problem arise in that washing machine. But every wash in our said product we are facing different different problems everytime. When we raised complaint a technician named Mr. Rehan who said the company has closed the scheme of replacement but when i called at your call centre they said company will replace only if technician said them to do so. What is this professional behaviour? Whirlpool is a renowned brand and customer satisfaction is not important to your company. And this time i have raised a complaint about P2 system but your technician has changed the complaint from my phone and register a new complaint regarding noise in the machine and he had done cheating with us by registering a new complaint and did not done on the original complaint which we have registered and when we confront him he said i cannot anything about that because i am a mechanicaltechnician and it is the mind of machinery. What is this statement?We are not fools over here.It is my final request to either replace my product or else refund my money.

              Their help desk and customer support are completely uselesSo is there service centre. I wasted my hard earned money on buying their product I wish i would have reviewed their social media or this consumer page ibith are full of complaints.

                Replacement of a product

                I bought a whirlpool washing machine in Nov 2021. I revcieved my product on 22nd Nov and it got installed on 28 Nov.                         I have purchased whirlpool AC in Jan 2022 and the installation was not done correctly by the whirlpool technician, i have raised the complaint for the same to the whirlpool

                        During May 2022, i faced issues with AC cooling and again i raised complaint for the same

                        Now again i faced the same issue and raised the complaint for the same IND[protected], the technician found that the AC gas has been leaked from the coupling due to incorrect installation
                        and now i have to pay charges to get gas refilled

                        Due to improper installation i am facing multiple issues with the AC right from the start which is such a bad and hectic experience with whirlpool

                        I want to escalate this issue to whirlpool and want my AC to be fixed ASAP by the whirlpool

                          We have Whirlpool 7kg fully automatic top load washing machine (whitemagic premier 702SD) and has recently not taking water. I called the on the Toll Free number [protected] and registered a complaint for the issue. However no SMS or anything was sent to me for confirming that a service was requested. I received a call from technician check about the issue with the machine which was duly provided. Technician came at around 4:00 pm when I wasn't at home and coordinated via phone. He checked and verified that Water Inlet Valve need to be replaced and I asked him to replace it and check the price of the part. He informed me that it cost Rs.2200.00 and his charge Rs. 350.00. I told his that the cost of the part is too high and check online were the range starts from 399.00 to 1050.00 for which he said they are all non branded spare parts and might harm the machine. The part which he has said was original and genuine whirlpool spare part. I asked him to replace and informed my wife to pay him. He said he has already replaced it and check if it was working. I doubt if he replaced orignal and genuine part which is seal packed as he didn't show what he is replacing and when he replaced it. Just he gave my wife the damaged Valve. We paid him 2500.00 after which he left and after sometime I check with my wife if he gave the receipt for the amount paid towards spare part and the service charge. The technician didn't give any kind receipt nor bill for the service he did. I called the technician immediately and asked him to provide me the receipt for the paid amount. I was provided with the receipt nor bill.

                          I request you to please look into this and resolve it ASAP.

                            I purchased above washing machine in 2017. Two days back the machine stopped taking water and we requested a service request by calling on the toll free number [protected]. I received a call promptly from the technician and informed him about the problem with the washing machine. Technician came at round 4:00 pm and after checking he said that the inlet valve is not working which needs to be replaced. As i wasn't at home he called me and informed me about the problem. I asked him to replaced for which he said that he has already replaced it and also checked that it is working. I asked for the cost of the valve he said it costs Rs. 2200/- which i felt was too costly. I immediately checked online and said that i see the cost of valve ranges from Rs. 399.00 to Rs.1050.00 he said they all are non branded hence are priced low. Further he said the one he replaced is genunie whirlpool spare part hence it is priced high and has warranty of 6 months. However since we were facing problem i asked him to replace it. The technician didn't show my wife if the spare part he replaced was original and if it was a seal packed item. He left immediately after replacing the item after checking if it was working. My wife paid him Rs.2200.00 for the spare part and Rs.300.00 for his visit charge. He didn't give any bill for the part and for his visit charge not a warranty card for the item he replaced. I think the technican has over charged us and also doubt if he has replaced original whirlpool spare part.

                            Request to look into this and do the needful.

                              This is to inform you that I had purchased split AC of whirlpool India from Flipkart.com site above order number
                              and received AC on 25.04.23 and installed on 27.04.23. After installing itself facing issue with the AC like cooling issue so technician checked and
                              told that there is no cooling gas in the AC so log a complain with the Toll free number[protected].Again cooling gas has been received on
                              May 2 2023 and refilled the gas, still the issue presist and agin raised log with Toll free number. Whirlpool technician con-call with local vendor and sopken
                              but the local whirlpool vendor is talking rudly to me(Customer) from that day i haven't received any update from anyone from the whirlpool team.
                              I am disappointed with them to follow up to repair it as it was newly purchased. I had purchased it to overcome such a hot day but it was not benificial at all.
                              Rather to create more problems.

                              Raised multiple request but not received and update for those case.

                              Request to please replace the AC Asap and please respond to this case.

                                Purchased Comprehensive AMC Plan for AC on 25-May-2022 through online and received SMS and order no as AMC-117219. Attaching a screenshot of the same, I had not receive any copy and when I try to raise a service request, they are asking for an order copy and your customer care team is not able to help on this.

                                [protected]@whirlpool.com dated 29-Apr-2023. Your team has Asked for Transaction details and sent the same from then i don't see any response from them.
                                Respond ASAP as AMC will get completed by 25-May-2023.
