[Resolved] Whirlpool India — i did not get back my 7.2 kg 360 world series 72h graphite after servicing | |||
I had purchased whirlpool fully automatic washing machine, model 7.2 kg 360 world series 72h graphite, s. R. No inf[protected], on 06/11/2016 from m/s bonton electronics, railway road aligarh against bill no. 11/510. Within one year i have faced a problem for which complaint has been registered with complain no Gb[protected] dated 15/08/2017. Till now i have not received any kind of replacement product or my washing machine from aligarh service center. Now kindly provide me a dd against my bill amount because it was not possible to wait so long period of four months and i have purchase a new washing machine from my near market. So kindly look into the matter and give me a possible response on the above contains. (During the period of four months i have talk to various authorities of whirlpool. One of them mr. Ashok, misbehaved and kept my mobile no. On busy mode and various others) Was this information helpful? | |||
