[Resolved] Whirlpool India — i was forced to purchase a new product because of the incompetence of your service executive | |||
Respected sir/madam, I would like to report irresponsible conduct by one of your service executive, shyam ([protected]), because of his false assessment and advice i was forced to purchase a new product. A week back i have raised a service request from your company for a front load washing machine which cost me around inr 28, 000 rs a few years back. It had an issue which the water is not being drained after the use. After raising the service request and waiting a few days your service executive decided to show up! You can check your system as i've re-registered the service request two times. After him showing up mr. Shyam, he checked the product and finally, he stated that it is hard to repair the product because of the machine is a bit old, and the board is damaged, and many other technical issues. Finally, he said it would cost me more than inr 5000 rs. To repair the machine. So it's better to purchase a new one. As per his judgment and advice, i've booked a new washing machine top load (Which was his suggestion) of the same brand (Whirlpool) from amazon which cost me around inr 17, 000 rs, i thought as a second opinion on the product would be good before disposing of the old machine. And a local technician (Not from whirlpool) repaired the machine which only cost me inr 350 rs. At present, i have two working washing machines in my home just because of you're a faulty technician. And i'm not able to return the product back to amazon as their return policy does not allow me so. And furthermore, if you check your system i have purchased a lot of products from your company, this is the very first negative experience i'm facing. Till this issue, i would recommend your brand without hesitation, but now i'm afraid i would not recommend your brand anymore. I would like you to resolve me with this current issue as soon as possible or else i would be forced to move a case regarding the same in the consumer court.
