[Resolved] Whirlpool India — no care for customer | |||
Bad in after sales service Paid for new washing machine to vijay sales pune on 23.12.2018. Agreed to deliver machine on 24.12.2018. Machine arrived on 25.12.2018. It was damaged. Returned immediately. After big fight with vijay sales another machine delivered on 28.12.2018. Installation engineer was supposed to visit on 29.12.2018 at 6pm. Arrived at 7.30 pm. Requested him to wait for 10-15 minutes as guests were arriving. Promised to come in another 30 minutes. Then at 8.30 pm informs that his time is over and he will not attend. After taking money from customer, the manufacturer and dealer are careless. Customer has to be at their mercy. I do not recommend whirlpool and vijay sales for any purchases.
