[Resolved] Whirlpool India — No Service

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a fully automatic washing machine (stainwash Model 31035 and serial no INF[protected] on 28th August 2014 from Sathya Agencies, Tenkasi city(TamilNadu). I called your service engineer (E.Kumar [protected]) and registered a complaint regarding the problem with the machine in waterflow. My complaint was addressed to him so many times via phone but the staff not yet come to my house for service. I am very much disappointed with the kind of service and staff’s attitude. I am escalating this issue to your level and expect a satisfactory action towards the same. Please advise some other service engineer to look into this issue. Looking forward for your fast response!
