[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Not providing proper service
I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Tekriwal Business House(15-16), Godda, Jharkhand vide invoice No.379 dt.27.03.16. I have made three service requests during the month of December'-2020 through my register mobile No.[protected]. They have generated two service request Nos. RAN[protected] on 08.12.2020 and another one RAN[protected] dt. 23.12.2020. The service person from M/s Suman Electronics, Goods had attended the request on 04.12.2020 and 09.12.2020. Both the times raised the bill with some parts changed by him. But both the time the machine is working for one or two days thereafter not working. Third time, when the service person comes to visit against 23rd December service request, he is not able to repair the machine and said will come later with some parts to repair the machine but yet not attended.
