I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased a split AC from Amazon, I had requested for an immediate installation by dialing the toll free number and the technician had been to my place to do the needful. The technician looked like he was not willing to work and did the entire job just for the sake of doing it as he had to rush to some other place. During the installation, he damaged the aluminium rods that were mounted for the false ceiling. He could have unscrewed these and completed his work. Pictures are attached for your reference.
However the installation was so poorly done that water started dripping from the AC unit and thus wetting the walls and wooden door. Picture is attached for your reference. When i tried to report this issue to the service rep, Harris Khan, he never picked up the phone nor called back. There was another person who came and tried to fix the issue. After a few days, the pipe for water exit was broken and again water started dripping mid wad through the water outlet pipe. Pictures are attached for your reference.
I would request you to please take stern action against Khalsa AC Care for such inconvenience and Whirlpool for not reverting to the complaint.
I would also like to highlight high installation charges taken against poor servicing and threat of not providing the warranty if a consumer installs the unit of their own. The AC cost was INR 16K and the installation (poor) cost was INR 6.5K.
To amend the piping which was incorrectly fixed by the company rep, the service rep arrogantly was demanding money like a goon.
Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by rohank1987 I have not communicated / confirmed anything against my complaint. I would want strict action taken against Khalsa AC care for incorrectly reporting that the issue is resolved. Also, during the installation of AC the overall attitude of their entire team was arrogant.
