I purchased the refrigerator in Faridabad one month ago.
It has been not working since purchase. The engineer told me to repair but I want the item replacement as I purchased for 40k and only one month ago... the area sales manager Faridabad mr Ashish ([protected])has refused to take the replacement. So I request you to kindly do the replacement as I invest my money to the most reliable and trusted company..

I bought washing machine 4 years back for 10000 and now the service engineer is telling the bearing has worn out and will be costing 5000 which is absolutely ridiculous. I hardly used the washing machine.

Model : 355LIFPROBMINV370ELT+3SOS. First complaint raised in Apr'21 when no cooling was observed. Technician informed that ICE formation in freezer compartment ( this model is supposed to be FROST FREE). Technician before visiting advised to switch off for 8 hours with freezer door open for ice to melt. After his visit and some settings the fridge started working OK. Now in May'21 again the cooling problem is observed and ICE formation is again visible in Freezer compartment. This type of product quality is not accepted from a brand like WHIRLPOOL . I was using Whirlpool ICEBERG fridge for 15 years with no such problem...continued brand loyalty when planned to buy an upgraded model. I do not accept this to be a standard practice to be followed.There seems to be an inherent product design defect and therefore need the company to come up with a resolution plan of action immediately.

Firm Representative visited to my house within two days of registering of complaint and charged 480/-. He assured that defective part will be replaced at the earliest. I contacted to customer care and other numbers (([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) as under but no work has been done till date.

I had purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator (375Cool Illusia 3S N (360)) on March 20, 2021 from Vijay Sales (India) Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad. The fridge had the issue of door misalignment that was duly reported by Whirlpool installation person. The fridge was also inspected by the Whirlpool representatives and they recommended a replacement.
The replacement fridge was received on April 10, 2021 and upon installation the same issue was observed in this unit too, also there were stains inside the freezer part of the unit. The door misalignment was noted in the report by the installation team and they assured they would review the matter again after 24 hours.

After more than 1.5 months of the purchase of a fridge, I still dont have a new, perfect unit that I had paid for, besides the constant follow up and calls that I have been making to Vijay sales for resolving the issue.
I have endured this harassment instead of enjoying my new purchase. The team at Whirlpool are unable to provide a solution to the problem, considering the fact that their so-called new unit has the same issues as the first one.
Also, the sales team is trying to persuade me accept the unit as it is and have refused to give me refund.
This has been a very disappointing experience indeed.

Not provide good device by service center I Amritsar Punjab. In two year warranty they change the belts of washing machine and after warranty they suggest me change of gear box. any body contact me on [protected].

We purchased a Whirlpool washing machine (9KG Front load washing machine, Supreme Care 9014) with 10yrs warranty. Since from few months back, the Whirlpool washing machine door is not opening. We made a complaint to Whirlpool. Whirlpool service team came for rectification but they couldn’t solve the issue, so they told us as this washing machine is under warranty, they will replace this washing machine. So that we paid Rs 7000 for 11kg Fresh Care (Fresh Care 11-7 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine + Dryer Combo). Now they delivered the wrong model which is 7kg Fresh Care (Fresh Care 7 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine). Whirlpool Contact Number:[protected]. I have purchased, "WHIRLPOOL W/M TL 7.5KG 360 BW PRO-H GRP" washing machine and within couple of months it started throwing ''Ub" error and even after multiple service centre guys visits it never disappeared.
feels like cheated and we need to wash clothes by hand even after spending 23k.

I bought washing machine in2018 and now it's dryer stops working properly recently

I bought an AC on 30th March 2021. It got installed by 2nd April. But from 15th April it stopped working.

Since then I am chasing these guys to get it fixed. There has been 4 visits from their service agent guys, who do nothing and goes back. No one wants to work in this company. 1st guy said there is a part that needs to be replaced, 2nd guy said gas issue, 3rd guy said condensor issue, 4th guy came with condensor but was unable to fix it in the unit.

It's been 15 days. It's the peak of summers and I have calling them repetitively and mailing them but no action has been taken.

I want this ac to be uninstalled from my house and my money back. I had enough of torcher. How difficult it is to fix an ac or replace a part.

I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator as on 17 Oct 2020. it was not cooling items .I registered a complaint on 03 Apr 21 to your costumer care under id number CHA[protected]. 04 Apr your technician came and told after two days I replaced a part of your refrigerator. But he didn't came. Many time I call your costumer care but no response to me .All time they tells me we forward your complaint. Now I totally harassed. Whirlpool service is very bad . My Refrigerator is not working till date. No response from Whirlpool

I have purchased Whirlpool magicool AC on 28.07.2020. Since summer season begin, I want to start AC yesterday but on fan is working. Neither it get cooling nor outdoor unit is function still now. Kindly take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Thanks.

The service/repair by your authorized service centre - Goldwin Refrigeration, Chelakkottukara, Thrissur, Kerala Phone- [protected], [protected] is not at all upto the standard of expectation.

My whirlpool washing machine (model number 14623, M No: IN [protected]) has been met with leakage of water and taken for service by the above service centre on 30/3/2021 and returned back without any action on 16/4/2021. I am informed that the drive assembly and the board has to be changed. The board is out of stock and the company can't supply the same. I am sorry to note how such a service centre is able to do the business at the cost of reputation risk for the whirlpool company.
You may please interfere in the matter and resolve the grievance. The dealer was Venu"s, Kalathode, Thrissur.

I am prompted to initiate further in the matter including notice at the consumer court and in the social media.

My parents bought a top loading machine two years back and it was working well last week the dryer stopped working. We have called the service person from the same shop we have bought the washing machine. They are suggesting that the bearing has to be changed and cost estimates around 5000k. This sounds ambiguous. Please help to get this checked by assigning an authorized service person.
