Whirlpool India — Overcharged for refrigerator accessories by service partner

Our Whirlpool single door refrigerator had cooling issue. We raised a ticket and a service partner came to fix it. He charged us rs. 3150/-. Upon checking the price of the accessories, we realized he over charged us. We asked them about it, the service partner not only refused to share us the accessories price list, they tried to deceive us by sharing a fake price list in excel.
