Whirlpool India — Performance Issue | |
HI, Purchased Whirlpool washing machine on Flipkart - 7th Nov 2016 which has Warranty 2Yaers on Product and 10 Years on Motor & Prime Mover. From that getting noise (like AUTO) on while washing, complained 2-3 times and service person came and said its common on these machines, recently again complained and the person came and said need to replace Gear box which is cost around 6000. Why that person didn't said about gear box issue under warranty period? Since 1week again complained but there is no response from Whirlpool.
