[Resolved] Whirlpool India — provided fault piece + bad service + dont buy ac of whirlpool | |||
"whirlpool ac not cooling properly. This happens frequently since i purchased this product. I had registered complaint in customer care, but they do not fix problem properly. This time i ask to solve problem and they ask for fees." - why should i pay for faulty piece? - every year, i register this problem. Company do not take this matter properly and i suffer even after i paid for product. * i had complaint last year too: https://www.consumercomplaints.inwhirlpool-india-very-poor-service-bad-response-worst-customer-care-c1582211 * - this problem raise again and agian. * customer care not answering properly * * bad service experience * Guys dont buy product of whirlpool they are not good in service at all. I had bought a whirlpool air conditioner from Vasanth and co T.Nagar Chennai // almost 20 days gone, still no one come for installation & worst response from whirlpool, don't buy whirlpool products // they are cheaters & frauds...bastards
