[Resolved] Whirlpool India — provided fault piece + bad service + dont buy ac of whirlpool

"whirlpool ac not cooling properly. This happens frequently since i purchased this product. I had registered complaint in customer care, but they do not fix problem properly. This time i ask to solve problem and they ask for fees."
- why should i pay for faulty piece?
- every year, i register this problem. Company do not take this matter properly and i suffer even after i paid for product.

Guys dont buy product of whirlpool they are not good in service at all. Product is also not working properly!!
I had purchased other company's ac product (5 years back) which is working far better than this...

We got it checked with the service team and confirmed that we have shared the required charges with the customer but he is denying for the services.
