Hi sir/maam,

I am very upset and frustrated . The Whirlpool India company is playing with me in past 6 month without fixed my issue.

I complaint lots of time regarding my washing machine issue. I have a top 360 degree bloom wash pro fully automatic washing machine . I have a 3 years warranty of my machine and now only 8 months are remaining .

My issue is that there is a voltage fluctuation error is showing in my machine. I raise a complaint atleast 50 times . the technician comes and asked me to in your home voltage is not good.

After that i asked to a electric technician to check the voltage issue in my home. But voltage are fine and it is in between 220 volt to 240 volt.

Again i raise a complaint and asked to fixed this because the voltage is fine. Some one come and asked me to buy this thing that thing that thing those thing.

No one, fixed it till now. please help me i belongs to a middle class family. I have spent 25000 rupees in this washing machine.

please help me to fixed this issue as soon as possible or else asked this company to change my washing machine as soon as possible.
